This peaceful family retreat is nestled among a lush landscape and located at the top of a steep driveway and offers stunning views of Port Phillip Bay and is a great spot to watch spectacular fireworks on New Year's Eve. The renovated property has four bedrooms, making it suitable for a family or group of friends. There are three queen-sized beds, two bunk beds and two spare single mattresses, providing ample sleeping space for guests.

The Space
Located 2km from Rye front beach, 7 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, 9 min drive from Rye Ocean Beach and access to some of Victoria's best Golf courses.

This ideal family retreat offers a front deck to enjoy the tranquillity and views of the ocean and Arthurs Seat as well as another rear deck and large backyard to take advantage of the afternoon sun.

The fully equipped kitchen comprises an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich press, air fryer and all kitchen equipment and items you would require for a relaxed stay.

The master bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, built in robes and ensuite.

The second and third bedrooms both contain built in robes and a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom comprises 2 bunk beds and TV. There are 2 extra single mattresses and bedding if required.

A large master bathroom with instant hot water, services these rooms with a separate toilet.

The lounge room has an open wood fire to ensure everyone stays warm on those cold nights as well as couch and TV.

The laundry includes a washer/dryer all-in-one machine.

Complimentary wi-fi is available as well as a selection of board games and indoor /outdoor activities.

All linen and towels are included to ensure your stay is stress free.

This property is ideal for 2 or 3 families with plenty of space both inside and outside the house.

It is only a short drive to the heart of Rye where you will find cafes, pubs, supermarkets, massage therapists and more.

In addition to the short distance to the Peninsula Hot Springs there is also Golf, Driving Range, Horse Riding, Breweries and much more that the Peninsula has to offer.

Enjoy this place for a quiet week away or spend quality time with family and friends in this spacious and well-equipped home.

Our recent stay here over the new year period was great. This a fabulous house for a large family or two small families to stay that has an amazing view high up in the hills. On New Year’s Eve we had 180 degree view of the fireworks! The house furnishings and amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. Our host was extremely attentive to our requests and was so very helpful. I recommend this place for a great getaway as it is close to the beaches, shops and golf courses, and yet is very quiet and removed from the school holiday chaos.

Our place is perfectly situated to enjoy the views of Port Phillip Bay as well as magnificent sunsets. In addition we are a short drive the Rye Front Beach as well as back beach
