Great outdoor living room with outdoor blinds, built in BBQ and sink, Bar fridge.

Open plan living, with TV, dvd player and stereo.

Outdoor shower for washing off after a long day at the beach.

A mixed bag of goodness.

This property provides a bit of everything for your family beach stay. Open kitchen/dining so you don't miss a thing as well as plenty of couch space for being together in the evening. The outdoor area has an amazing fridge space for drinks, plenty of dining space with a large BBQ. The blinds securing the outdoor area would be great in cooler months but as some were not functioning it prevented us making the most of the BBQ and it got quite warm during our stay. There is a large backyard and plenty of parking. The inclusion of WiFi would complete all you need for your stay. This property is a great holiday spot. Our family would return.

AN EXCELLENT LARGE HOLIDAY HOUSE

I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised on arrival. The house was far larger than expected. The house pictures on line do not do justice to the reality of this excellent holiday home. The house is an older style, but in good condition with an outstanding outdoor entertainment area. A very large fully covered and enclosed (roll down patio blinds) area which kept us away from the blustery cool winds that blew over Christmas. This outdoor area is so well equipped - large dining table, lounges, a very good built in gas BBQ with grill and hot plates, a 3 door drinks fridge (which was so helpful with all the Christmas food and goodies) and a sink with hot and cold water. Large bench space for food and drink preparation. Undoubtedly the best family outdoor entertainment area we have encountered in many years of holiday rentals all over the world. Indoors - the bedrooms were a good size, the beds very comfortable, a very good lounge, a good kitchen very well kitted out with all your needs. A double garage at the rear and a fun table tennis kit. The house is around an easy 10 minute walk to the Blairgowrie shops, restaurants and beach. And in a very quiet back street. Our extended family of 8 voted it one of the best holiday houses Poppy and Nana have arranged over the years. We will be back. Thanks Kylie for your lovely beach house. Rod
