Lovely Modern two bedroom cottage. Fully furnished and equipped. Constructed Dec 2015, adjacent but quite separate from Bayport Villa , has its own entrance and parking

Beautifully furnished living/dining area is spacious with split system air conditioner Additional fans in bedroom keep this property cool.-Gorgeous full size kitchen with large frig, oven and washing machine. Big bathroom full height tiling with double shower.

Bi fold doors can be fully opened out to covered patio.

Welcoming and private outside area with split level deck, BBQ and garden furniture for entertaining or just relaxing.

All situated in a very convenient location ,Ocean Keys shopping centre with train station and bus close by {Perth CBD 30 mins by rail}

Mindarie Marina with its café strip and two great Pubs- The Boat and Indian Ocean Brewing co is a five minute walk as is the beach. Local shops nearby including gourmet deli and bottle shop.

The property is comfortable with all you need. The location is ideal easy walk to Marina,huge shopping mall and public transport. The host was very nice,we felt welcome there and would visit again.

Home away from home

Barry and Lynne were such lovely hosts (and are great people all around)! The accomodation was just the right size for an extended stay with my two young kids. I loved how tucked away and secluded it was - great cozy, beachy vibes with modern finishes. The perfect spot to snuggle up with some tea during the rainy winter, with enough space outside on the deck for the kids to play. It was great to have a washing machine available as well. All kitchen and cleaning supplies were well stocked, and it was quick and easy to settle in and feel at home. It was just what we needed!

Cost but needed some attention to details

Lounge, dining, kitchen and beds all comfy. However the water pressure was very poor, we had to go to a hairdresser to have our hair washed - we do have long thick hair. The place could do with a really good clean. The basics were done but still didn’t feel clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Suggestion would be to buy some new towels and some clothes hangers. Not much expense but would make a big difference. We did reach out to the owners about the water pressure and they had a handyman come but said there was nothing they could do. This could be a great spot with a bit more attention to the details.
