About Annette Archard plus Nathan and Kate
My Ancestors are from South Gippsland. Two Barrel Inn, formally known as Cape Cottage. Renamed Two Barrel because of the barrels on the front veranda : ) and the fact that the Wilsons Prom sign is 2 km from Yanakie. We spent many weekends and holidays painting and fixing up the old place with some help from family & friends. My brother in-law who is an Artist decided he could help with its character and he is responsible for the mosaic on the fireplace and mural on the wall and various carvings the ocean as the theme. He has inspired me to do more in the future. Slowly turning into an Art house. My family and I hope you really do enjoy staying at Two Barrel Inn.
Annette Archard plus Nathan and Kate purchased this House in 2016

very convenient location， good for family
We lived in the property when visiting Wilson Prom. It’s a nice property with great location. Very close to Wilson Prom and convenient to buy everything. Highly recommended！
Comfort and Convenient
We were confused without blankets and pillows and felt cold at night, although it was informed in the description.
Because it was the first time for us not to have them.
Otherwise, it was comfortable and easy access to the national park.
Great little spot and some nice quiet beaches near by
Excellent will stay again
Well pressed, great location, group, family friendly
Well presented and well set out, ideal location to the Prom for day visits. We had a large group of adults sharing, but this is slso ideal for families, short or extended stays.
Excellent place to be, great location, next to the petrol station and supermarket is great.
Excellent place to be. House is very clean. Next to the supermarket and petrol station is a bonus. Hopefully there will be internet connections next time visiting
You are the third person to ask Tony : )
So I will definitely look into rectifying that problem. : )
We intend to keep on improving Two Barrel Inn and all suggestions so welcome : )
So happy you enjoyed your stay.
Kind Regards Annette and Co
Happy New Year!
Great location, great house
Very friendly and accommodating owner.
House was in a great location - on the edge of the National Park and conveniently next to a service station and general store, and only 15 min to Foster.
Kids loved hearing the sheep bleating (behind the servo) and loved the uniqueness of the property (particularly the mosaics around the fireplace and the quirky lampshade - so much character!)
It was great to have room to sprawl playing board games when weather was not as kind. There was also some on hand if you didn't bring your own.
Comfortable, clean and airy. Would definitely come again!
