Gorgeous, spacious, comfortable and very well fitted out. Two families - 4 adults, 5 teenagers, plenty of space, amazing views. Great location.
We loved it and will be back!
Such a great location. Fantastic house that was set up so well for 10 people. Too many stairs to the beach so you need to hire a gold cart if you are not quite fit.
House was a lot bigger than it shows in the photos.
Kitchen also well equipped .
Plenty of fridge's- 1 main fridge upstairs with a bar sized drinks fridge .
Another full size fridge, bar fridge and chest freezer downstairs.
Great aspect ( fairly cool inside most of the day) but could definately use some airconditioning.
All in all was a great stay . 7 adults and 4 children comfortably.

Location great but needs some TLC
Loved the location. Easy to access. But there was beer bottle tops and food in the pool. The pool is way smaller than what the pictures shows. The BBQ was still dirty and full of grease. Beach sand everywhere.. we had to sweep the floor first. We notified the host where the cleaners got send out the next day - just to told us.. sorry we can’t do anything it is up to the owners.
Anyway.. won’t book here again. There is other properties on Morton island for the same price with linen included and clean floors and BBQs

Thank you Eloise, it appears you might be stretching the truth a bit, as per your message to us at 3.39pm on 3/3 there is no mention of sandy floors, which clearly is not correct. As noted we did allow an earlier check in, and staff did return twice after your message and both times they couldnt get near the pool as kids where swimming in it. If you are advised staff are attending to rectify an issue in the pool, you would have the pool clear of people. It is quite strange that at 3.29pm you decide to complain about the pool when you had been there since around 10am.
Hi Paula.. thank you for allowing us earlier into the house.
We found beer bottle caps and pieces of food - sausage in the pool. Could you please send someone to come and clean the pool. The cleaners only placed chlorine in the pool but never cleaned it out.
We are quite happy not to have you stay again as our online advertising does advise linen is not included, so maybe this is something you overlooked and felt good to complain anyway.
Firstly the house is exactly as it looks on the pictures so no surprises there! The pool was a little smaller than the photos but from the reviews I was aware it was small anyway. The house is equipped well with enough plates, cups, cooking equipment etc.
The dishwasher filter was really dirty, the pool had black spots - it needs a good clean and chlorine, the floors need a mop and the mattress protectors need to be changed between visitors or maybe renewed all together as they're not very clean looking but these were all minor compared to the positives of this house!
The view from the balcony is beautiful, the house is spacious and open with plenty of room for families/groups. We had 3 families stay and it was perfect. The room downstairs is great for kids. There is a bookshelf full of boardgames provided too which was fantastic for our group! The steps down to the resort/main strip are a killer, not so much going down but definitely back up! Haha but if you bring a car this won't be a problem. The view and serenity up the hill was nice. If you eat on the balcony just watch out for the friendly Kookaburra, he likes to steal food off your plate and is very quick haha.
Overall I would definitely recommend this holiday house!!
Not a bad house it’s a very well built and designed property.
Needs a little loving in places and it would have been great if the pool was clean and not full of sand and leaves
A wonderful property set up for three families and a great bunk house. Plenty of board games and a great view. The stairs down to the Beach gave us a great work out. Would happily book this property again.
All round cracking house for a bunch of mates getting together for a fishing weekend. Great balcony for entertaining and fully stocked kitchen for making what ever you want. Will come back 👌
Beautiful view and lovely conditions, the house could easily fit 10 people! We had a group of 6 and found it to be very spacious. Highly recommend organising transport to get there as the hill is quite steep, and the stairs are a work out and quite slippery at times (due to the sand). Also note that you have to be over 25 to hire a buggy/4WD from the resort! The stairs lead right to the Tangalooma Resort reception and cafe/bar, so everything is very easily accessible. Paula was very helpful with any issues that came up. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Amazing views, house clean and tidy.
Plenty of room for two families.
We loved all the games supplied.
Kids enjoyed the plunge pool and played in it everyday.
The past week staying at the house was excellent, great location with great views & breezes on the deck. The pool although small was good for a dip to cool off. There’s plenty of bedrooms for a large family or 2 families staying. The book shelf was full of games to keep everyone busy. I would highly recommend staying here.
Spent 9 glorious days and 8 splendid evenings enjoying this wonderful home. Everything you can think of is supplied in the kitchen. Highly recommended you take a 4wl drive. We got go and see what we wanted when we wanted and made some wonderful memories. Thank you so much to Paul and the staff at the resort.
Beautiful house comes with all nessessities that anyone would need over their stay. Easy to find and a short walk down to the beach. All who stayed were quite young and fit so the walk back up was do able but I would recommend hiring out a buggy for your stay to make it easier to go places especially if you have elder or unfit guests.overall everyone had a lovely time.
