disappointing
Our stay was disappointing as property has not been maintained. All internal blinds broken, some ceiling fans not working, exterior blind broken in a down position so had no view, fire alarms went off randomly, terrible mould in the shower, dishwasher leaked. It was a shame as the location was fantastic.
Tangalooma is such a great family holiday destination, Villa 30 is in a great spot, very quiet and secluded with the surrounding trees. The property itself needs some TLC and a good clean as things were very dusty. But for somewhere to sleep it serves it’s purpose. Beds were comfy and all supplies were great.
Needs a good clean and pest control. Cockroaches and ants in cupboards. Also found it hot would hate to stay during summer without air con. Being 2022 it would be expected. The comfort and style of living spaces need updating would not suite a large family. Bed was like a trampoline and the dryer continuely stopped. The water also ran dangerously hot not sure if this is to do with the resort. Also smashed with mozzies with the fly screens having holes and poorly fitted
Where do I start, I do not recommend staying at Villa 30, the location was beautiful but the premises were not very clean, the furniture was very old and not comfortable at all, the mugs, plates and cutlery could be replaced. But the worst of all was the king size bed, it was so dirty with huge stains on it, the pillows and pillow protectors were all dirty and stained, so we had two sleepless nights, will not be staying at that Villa 30 again.

Just so any future guests are aware, this review is quite unfair and not correct in anyway, guests have nocked the cutlery, mugs, plates, and made out the mattress is heavily stained and they couldn't sleep for two nights, cleaners attended 21/2 to clean and provided photos of mattress/ pillow protectors which were not having huge stains at all, why would you remove a mattress protector , definitely wouldn't rent to this guest again. This villa in particular is a very well kept villa with very low negative feedback, which makes it a bit hard to believe
We loved our stay for the first time in a villa. Nice roomy living area and kitchen. Bar b Wie on the deck was a plus. As for location it was great. Will stay again
Hi 3rd bedroom very small, could not fit in portacot - no door on 3rd bedroom
Water Ecoli problem, yet resort did not import ice in until last day, so no cocktails, no ice in drinks. no entertainment at the resort either it was cancelled every night until the boat load of Asians were brought in on the day we were leaving

Kitchen in need of upgrade. Curtains must be from the year it was built.
We had a fabulous weekend in villa 30! Mostly original condition ( new bathroom upstairs). But clean and comfortable and kitchen well equipped. No big oven though! Paula was very efficient in responding and organising. Great villa for families to relax and enjoy all the joys of Brisbane’s little treasure....Tangalooma and Moreton Island! Island 🌴 Can’t wait to come back!
Great place to stay with families great place to relax at a pool or on the beach most actives cost!
I love villa 30 it had all we need for a great relaxing holiday and had the best views and nicestest sunset every night. It was great as we only had 1 neighbor and just a short walk to the pools, shops ect. Our bedroom was great and we got a king bed which was so comfy. Well stocked kitchen with all we needed and great to have a dishwasher and washing meachine and dry. Great to have the no waves beach just really outside your door. I so would recommend this villa to any family!

Waterfront family property - amazing views
We spent 5 nights in Villa 30 with 4 adults and 2 young children. It is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Tangalooma and Moreton Island has to offer.
The unit is not brand new but is very spacious and well equipped. The downstairs living area is large and breezy with a good retractable awning for shade in the afternoon and a second toilet.
The upstairs bedroom area has a large master bedroom, a smaller second bedroom and an alcove area with two beds but no door. It was perfect for a play area and storage. The shared bathroom is large and modern.
The unit is easy to find and the key was in position as promised. You cannot drive to the door of this unit but need to park nearby and bring your luggage in with a trolley.
A great place for a family holiday.

Perfect for a family holiday with kids!
We just returned from 2 nights in villa 30. It's lovely, beautiful views, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. We have a young family and it worked very well for us. Also, Paula (owner/manager) is really helpful! We will definitely go back.
