As part of our efforts to maintain the safety and security in our resort’s pool area, please note the following rules, effective immediately:

Coolers, ice chests and outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted by the pool.
Flotation devices and inflatables are no longer permitted due to safety. Foam pool noodles are allowed, and life jackets are available for all ages.
The large water slide has a minimum height requirement of 48 inches. The small water slide is open to all.
Personal music must be enjoyed with headphones or earbuds to respect a variety of musical preferences.

Details: Features adult & children’s pool, adult & children’s waterslide and in-cave whirlpool spa. For safety, Guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the large waterslide. Daily pool access wrist bands will only be issued to registered guests. Maximum room occupancy will be strictly enforced: 1 Bedrooom - 4 guests, 2 Bedroom - 6 guests.

Non-Smoking Resort

Prior to checking in:
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted.
- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking

- Front Desk operates 24 hours a day. Please contact the resort for any special needs or requests at 760.866.1800. Our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

- Please note: Two bedroom units have one bathroom.

- Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked on property. Additional vehicles must park off-site. Parking garages have a maximum height of 6 feet. All SUVs, vans and high profile vehicles are required to use perimeter parking.

- Please note that the daily pool access wristbands will only be issued to registered guests. Maximum room occupancy will be strictly enforced: 1BR-4 guests, 2BR-6 guests (Memorial Day to Labor Day Only).
