This artistic 2240 Square Foot home was built 8 years ago in the Modernism style utilizing large sliding doors to illuminate the interior and frame the natural beauty outside.

Facing West are spectacular views of San Jacinto mountains, the other side of the house overlooks the 8th hole of the Arnold Palmer managed Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. Golf Digest named it "One of the best places to play". While the house sits on the fairway with easy access directly onto the course, the landscaping affords privacy.
The house is located on a Cul-de-sac street with very little if any sound from cars.
It is a perfect place for peace and quiet yet conveniently located 1.3 miles from the airport and 2.6 miles to downtown Palm Springs.

This spacious house has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds that comfortably sleep 6 guests.
The Master bedroom has lush views to the golf course and affords direct access to the large rear patio with a gas fire pit and comfortable lounge chairs.
The spacious Master bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower, Kohler soaking tub and large double sink vanity. The closet is huge with wood hangers and built-ins for all your vacation clothes and luggage.
The second bedroom looks out to the pool on one side and has its own private patio on the other side. It has an en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom has view to the golf course and access to the rear patio. The room can double as an office if needed, It comes with a desk and office chair and a library of
interesting books.
Bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV, WiFi and variable speed ceiling fans.

The large great room has 12' ceilings. The fully equipped cooks kitchen has appliances and cookware to make a simple meal or a Holiday feast. The enormous 12' long Walnut island counters has 4 leather chairs and plentiful cabinets.
In the center of the great room is a gas fireplace, large Smart TV and Florence Knoll designed chestnut leather furniture.
The dining area features a custom designed 10' Walnut dining table with seating for 6 guests for formal dining.
There are numerous works of art throughout the house giving it a colorful art gallery feeling.

The large patio with gorgeous views of the golf courses has a gas fire pit and lounge chairs. It's a delightful place for your very own happy hour at sunset.
The private inner court has the pool and sundeck, outdoor shower, umbrellas, lounge chairs, a large teak table that can seat 6 people, all this with a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains. There is also a gas grill for your outdoor dining. Note the pool is not heated so there will be no surcharge for gas to heat the pool which can add significantly to the cost of a single family house rental in Palm Springs.

The overall feeling of the 2240 Square Foot home is one of open spaces, bright sunny rooms during the day and serene tranquility. It's a nice place to entertain friends or for an intimate diner party.

The owner lives part time in the semi-detached casita and uses the garage as an art studio. The casita has its own entrance and is independent from the main 2240 Sq. Ft. house. Your privacy and enjoyment staying here is of utmost priority. The house is a great base for all that Palm Springs can offer, tennis both casual and competitive, endless golf, exploration of the area attractions, hiking trails and fine dining experiences. Nearby, you can step aboard the shuttle service to all the great Coachella concerts.
