A perfect place

A great place to enjoy all that warrnambool provides, especially the proximity to Thunder point which provides the most spectacular vista of the sun setting over the great southern ocean.

Luxury with amazing view

This property is a beautiful modern and comfortable house with amazing views over Lake Pertobe to the sea, and across the centre of Warrnambool. It had everything we needed, is well maintained and in a good location. We could walk to the beach and to the centre of town. Helen is an excellent host and responsive to questions. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Stunning is the perfect word to describe MacKay on Cramond. The house and views could not have been any better. Exploring Warrnambool could not have been any easier,left the car in the garage and walked everywhere as everything is on your doorstep . perfect for family ,perfect for winter adventures in Warnambool

Smart, comfortable ,clean and welcoming . Our hostess made sure all we needed was in place A winter stay with the opportunity to remain indoors and yet enjoy the views across Warrnambool to the ocean. There was room for everyone to have their own space Loved the big dining table ,again with great views . We managed visits as far afield as Cape Bridge water . Also a number of visits to Port Fairy and Tower Hill . We saw seals and whales . Our 4yr old grandson thoroughly enjoyed staying at his 'holiday house'. We would love to come back some time ,maybe in Spring.

june long weekend

The house was great and accommodated us all perfectly. The bedding was lovely and beds very comfortable. There were provisions left for us, which was appreciated. The downside was the overuse of air fresheners. Myself and my niece are very sensitive to these and had to remove them from the property and stay out of the house for a good few hours for the smell to disburse a little to avoid nausea and migraine. I would recommend advertising that you would prefer people to not wear shoes in the property. Overall it was a lovely home, very clean and perfectly described in the listing. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location and comfortable home

Loved our autumn stay here. Far enough out of town to avoid noise and passing traffic but close enough to walk in if need be. Excellent access to Lake Pertobe area and the Warrnambool to Port Fairy Rail trail. Having a large garage was a real bonus as we brought the bicycles with us. A tip for those that want to cycle the rail trail one way - leave the bikes in the garage, drive down to Port Fairy and park the car with bike rack near the Information Centre. Then catch the Vline morning bus back to Warrnambool station which is only a short walk back to the house. We found cycling a great way to see Port Fairy and Warrnambool!

Beautiful house. Gorgeous views of the water and beach. Loved the full glass door/windows that opened up and brought the outside, inside. The bathrooms were very well made up with plenty of linen there and in the bedrooms as well. Highly recommend
