Quaint cosy cottage centrally located from all Ballarat has to offer. Newly renovated, modern kitchen and appliances. Outside decking area fully furnished and enclosed, small yard area with cloths line facilities.

Twin bedrooms, main bedroom features a queen bed and secondary bedroom contains double bed, both bedrooms offer ceiling fans.

Spacious lounge room offering gas log fireplace and split system heating and cooling.

5 minute drive to the centre of town and located close to pubs and clubs as well as a golf club and Lake Wendouree.

Off street parking for 2 cars, single car carport.

We really appreciated the stay at Dons Little House. A beautiful house with period featured and all that we needed for our 2 night stay. We made use of the washing machine and dryer and found the gas heater to be very efficient one cold morning. I enjoyed the large covered deck and comortable bed.

This little house is so very well set up. It’s immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable and has a lovely outside area to sit when weather permits. Communication with owner was always helpful and prompt. Cannot fault!
