Exceptionally clean, well appointed and comfortable. My primary concern was the security and suitability of the yard for my dog, but it was perfect and we had no concerns or issues. Easy to find, easy to get to, and a very responsive and helpful host. I would definitely return, and definitely recommend.

Great property and location well appointed. Unfortunately when we stayed there there was a minor issue with the garage roller door which in the end I had to resolve myself. The small lawn area also need attention. Overall a lovely property

Located within walking distance to supermarket, bakery, butchers, chemist, bottleshop, banking, restaurants and massage. Good size garage for the Ford Ranger. House was ready for us, easy check in and host touched base to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Very comfy and warm.

Beautiful home with 3 lovely rooms.

2 of my groomsmen and I stayed here the day before the wedding and had a great time just chilling playing some mario games. Iga just down the road with lots of take-away options close bye. If we need a place in Ballarat again we wouldnt hesitate with this house.
