Gum Tree House

We are 3 kms from the middle of town and our beautiful local beaches.
Our property is set on 5 acres. Plenty of trees and lawn. Very quite and peaceful, just the birds.
Perfect accommodation for family get togethers. There is plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Gardens and lawn area with 2 lakes on the property. Cricket net. (Helmet, box and pads must be worn) There is a long driveway where the kids can ride around within the property, and lots more on offer.
2 BBQ's, 1 Gas the other Wood.

The inside contains 4 large Bedrooms. (1 Double 1 Single) (1 Queen) (3 Singles) Upstairs has (1 Queen) 2 Kitchens and Dining Areas, 2 Bathrooms and 2 Toilets. A Washing Machine in the Downstairs Games Room which also has a Table Tennis Table and books.

Beautiful place!

My family and our 2 dogs only stayed for a short time but our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Vicki and Griff are so lovely and made us feel so welcome. The dogs loved the huge property as well, big area to run around and meet other pets.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house over the holiday weekend! The space was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, making it feel like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, and the cozy living area was ideal for relaxing together. The location was also great, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. Fantastic Long Weekend Away

Thank you for the perfect place to stay, I have a few friends that hadn’t been to Esperance before so we took a drive from Perth on the long weekend. Gum tree house was the perfect size. Clean. Fantastic Location. Thank you again from everyone! We will be back!

Bird song amongst the trees

Waking up each morning to the chatter of birds is such a delightful experience. The grounds are well maintained and the house adequately stocked. We were 2 families , all together 8 persons, and had plenty of space to sit together in the lounge, dining area or outside on the patio. Bedrooms were spacious too. Thank you for a relaxing experience.

Fantastic accomodation and owners

10 of us stayed here overnight on the Black Dog Ride raising awareness of depression and suicide prevention. The owners set up enough beds for us all and even booked a Maxi Taxi to take us to an evening function. The accommodation is well set out and clean and neat would be fantastic for a family.
