About this property

Ridge View Holiday Home - tranquil getaway

Our fully equipped four bedroom home accommodates six people and is located on 8 acres in a tranquil semi rural setting 4 kilometers from the Augusta town centre, 8.5 kilometers from the Augusta Boat Harbour and 13 kilometers from the historic Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. A perfect setting for families, a weekend getaway and star gazing. The night sky puts on an amazing show.

There are two master bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a king single bed and one with two king single beds. A portable cot and high chair are available.

The open plan lounge, dinning and large kitchen areas are heated in winter by a wood fired heater. The laundry has a washing machine. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

A veranda extends around the house and includes a carport. A BBQ, outdoor furniture and table tennis table are available.

All you need to bring is linen.

No pets allowed.

A lovely property, fully gated which is perfect if you have small children or pets (pets not allowed). A good place to get away from the bustle, you need to drive to town for supplies.

Fabulous home in great location

We loved staying here - it was very clean and comfortable and had a welcoming air. We loved seeing the visiting wildlife and were super close to everything. It certainly surpassed our expectations and that's thanks to the owner and property manager. Thank you.

Perfect for our family getaway!

It was the perfect property for our family getaway! A bedroom with comfy beds for everyone and a wood fire heater to keep us warm. We loved exploring the beautiful garden with birds, trees and Billy goats next door. I highly recommend this place and must say the photos on the ad do not show its true beauty.

Lovely homestead feel

Lovely place to stay so quiet and peaceful. Everything there that you could want. It wasnt far from anything either, Our only complaint was we could not get the TV going

Lovely family winter holiday

We had a lovely stay at this property which was amazing for our children. They loved spending so much time outdoors and enjoying playing cricket, riding bikes, walking around the property and kicking a ball. The kitchen was really well equipped for all the cooking we did and the house had everything we could need. Thank you for having us.

House in the country

We stayed for 10 days, my partner and I and granddaughter, then daughter and friend for last few days. Close to town while being very country, good base to explore and quiet. A little run down, but everything worked and lots of space. Had a very relaxing 10 days, good for the price.

Just Perfect

Had a wonderful stay, well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the comfortable and cozy lounge room warmed by the enclosed wood fire. Functional, spacious kitchen and nice comfortable beds. The clean, quality bbq was a pleasure to cook on. A quiet rural environment yet so close to town. Our host Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and we left feeling very satisfied with our experience.
