Amazing Ocean views, spacious holiday home with everything you need to relax and enjoy a seachange. 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 family areas, 3 largeTVs, 8 seat dining area, beds include1 King in main bedroom with ensuite, 2 large bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds . Upstairs bifold doors open onto large outdoor balcony with BBQ , outdoor dining setting and comfortable seperate cape cod chairs all with expansive sea views.
Upstairs living, kitchen and dining with picture windows views over Middleton Beach views to Victor Harbour and Goolwa. Great outdoor fire pit area in rustic garden setting. Swim and surf 100m away in South Australia's premier Surfing beach or enjoy some great surf fishing. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping,wineries and the famous Coorong. This is truly a wonderful position.
