Amazing Ocean views, spacious holiday home with everything you need to relax and enjoy a seachange. 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 family areas, 3 largeTVs, 8 seat dining area, beds include1 King in main bedroom with ensuite, 2 large bedrooms with Queen beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds . Upstairs bifold doors open onto large outdoor balcony with BBQ , outdoor dining setting and comfortable seperate cape cod chairs all with expansive sea views.
Upstairs living, kitchen and dining with picture windows views over Middleton Beach views to Victor Harbour and Goolwa. Great outdoor fire pit area in rustic garden setting. Swim and surf 100m away in South Australia's premier Surfing beach or enjoy some great surf fishing. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping,wineries and the famous Coorong. This is truly a wonderful position.
Please Note: Linen is not supplied i.e. sheets and towels, however, there are cosy quilts and pillows on all beds.

Perfect location

We had a perfect holiday. Only one house back from the beach with uninterrupted views across the reserve to the waves. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would love to stay again.

Thanks for a great weekend! House is very nice and well equipped. Location is superb... views are great and only one house away from the beach. House is probably more suited to adults as we were a bit worried our kids could damage the nice furnishings! Kevin is a very helpful host. Thanks again!

Bondi Beach House

A lovely property close to the beach and conveniently located to the grocery store at Goolwa. The Aistrope's are very generous and their house reflects this. Would choose the Bondi beach house for our next trip to Middleton.

Spacious and comfortable place with a nice view, conveniently located.

We stayed three nights at Bond Beach House during our road trip from Sydney to South Australia and found the place quite comfortable for the two families in our group. Bondi Beach House had all the modern amenities you need to ensure a relaxing stay and it's location was ideal for us as we were able to explore Victor Harbour area including the Granite Island as well as to travel to Hahndorf, Adelaide and surrounding vine regions without any difficulty. The house was tastefully decorated and had all the comforts we needed to relax after exploring the area during the day.

Would Stay Again and Again...and Again

I'm actually conflicted about leaving such a positive review because Bondi Beach House Middleton was so amazing I want it all to myself! But in all honesty it's everything we wanted for a quick family weekend away. Amazing views, plenty of space and right on the beach! Our host Kevin was also great and super organised, we had all our information well in advance and Kevin even gave me a quick call on the day of just to update me on a few things. In the words of my 4 year old nephew 'It's just perfect'
