Situated a 20/25 minute walk from Henley Square, a perfect house for adult family members holidaying together. Spacious, spotless and well equipped with comfy beds and a terrific communal space.
Fantastic clean property in a quiet location that's within walking distance of the beach and an easy drive to the city. Property Manager was great to deal with responding promptly to all requests and queries, making our stay a pleasant experience.
Lovely well appointed home, great location, very quiet, close to Henley Beach. Host provided lots of bathroom amenities and breakfast supplies and snacks, very welcoming place to stay.
Great house, location was close to everything we had to do. Sofie was very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend this house, will definately stay here again.
Stunning property, a short drive away from the beach and the CBD
This place is even more stunning in person than in the person! Excellent location, just a short drive from the beach and about a 20 minute drive to the CBD (and Fringe festival). Comfortable beds as well, and we loved the goodies. Very responsive host as well, highly recommend!
The house was perfect for our group, allowing us to explore the beaches and hills.
As advertised, the house offered all that we needed in a relaxed and comfortable ambiance.

We had no complaints about the property and our host responded to any issue expediently. It was 10 minutes from all the golf courses we played so it was just perfectly position. Close to the beach and some good cafe's and coffee. Our host left clear practical instructions which were easy to follow.

Not quite right
Large home located in suburbia that is not an easy walk to cafes etc. Need a car.
Need to ensure they clean between the cushions of the lounge room couch. Furniture could do with an upgrade - quite worn. No instructions provided for WiFi - specifically how to connect. It was ok but not great.

Linda, Disappointing to hear you comment on the wifi when you know there was a momentary outage , and the instructions were that the passcode was on the modem and you were looking at the wrong device . 🤔. You know that I’ve since made it abundantly clear on check in instructions exactly what the passcode is , so not sure of the need to comment on this . You’re the first person in 5 years who couldn’t locate the passcode . Anyway , goes to show you can’t please everyone , as I was right on it , even when you were enquiring about It on your very arrival late on a Friday night and I was at a function 🤔. Exiting the function and dealing with this urgently , obviously wasn’t appreciated. I’ll have a Look at the furniture - odd as nothing is older than 5 years old , but I will certainly have a hard look at all the furniture and see what you mean by worn 🤷♀️ .
This was a lovely property with a luxury feel. The quality of the finish throughout was excellent, the property was lovely and clean and the communication with the property manager was easy and responded to very quickly. Being only a 15/20 min walk from Henley Beach made this an ideal location for our family to start our Australian adventure in style. We loved staying here and would do it again or recommend it to family and friends who may come over to visit.

This was the perfect place for our five day Adelaide stay! First time in the city and it was amazing being able to walk to the beach but also take a short Uber into the city. Great amount of space for three couples also!
Beautifully presented home. Very neat and tidy with quality appliances and linen. Pleasant unexpected surprises on arrival. Very quiet neighbourhood and not very far from the beach and convenience stores. Would happily stay there again!
This is a great little house, especially with kids. The backyard and bbq were handy and the house is clean and tidy. Sofie was lovely to deal with and the beach is about a 10 min walk away :)
