Surf Side At Beaches Beach House- Pet Friendly.
Our place is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 2 living areas and has plenty of space for everyone. Sleeps 10 guests.
The floorplan has worked well for many of our guests (read the reviews) who have commented on how practical and functional the floorplan is. We are only a 2 minute drive to town and surf beach in a lovely no though road. You can easily walk to town and beach which will take you 15-20 minutes.
BYO sheets and towels. We will supply Doonas and pillows with fresh covers. Plus bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
Free streaming services that includes Netflix and various others. There is a game console Xbox 360 located in the front lounge for the kids while the parents have the large living adjacent to the kitchen and outdoor dining area to enjoy.
Many of our previous guests have reviewed the house as "sparkling Clean". We are very fussy about our properties presentation and have the house professionally cleaned prior to your stay.
We are located in a quiet no through road on the surf Side of Inverloch. It is so peaceful that in the evening you can hear the waves crashing on the surf beach. The house is located only a 5-10 minute walk to the Dirty 3 Cellar door and Bluette cafe in Bear Street.
The second living room is opposite the kitchen which has a 60 inch LED Sony Bravia Tv and blue ray DVD. And large lounge with chaise.
The kitchen is fully appointed with 90 cm cook top and stove. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a coffee pod machine. Sandwich press, toaster, kettle and many other utensils will be on hand for you. The island bench seats 3 people while the meals table can seat 8.
Laundry has a washing machine, iron and small ironing board.
Bed 1 has queen size bed, Walk in Robe and en-suite. Bed 2 has 2 bunk beds (top bunk for children over 5 years of age for safety) Bed 3 has 2 single beds. Bed 4 has a queen size bed.
Off the second living room you have large opening sliding doors onto the El Fresco area and concreted courtyard. This area is great for kids with small bikes or scooters to play around while you enjoy a meal at the outdoor table that seats 8. There you will have access to a large gourmet BBQ with side wok burner and roasting hood. The large yard also has a great grassed area for ball games or some back yard cricket. There is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off before entering the house after a day at the beach.
The backyard is fully enclosed for children and your pets. We will allow no more than 2 dogs and would ask they remain outside. We understand that some pets can not bear being left outdoors and that is totally fine. We would ask if they do come inside that they remain on the large tiles area of the kitchen, meals and family room. We reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee ($80) if pet hair is discovered in bedrooms or carpeted parts of the house. Please select that you are bringing your pet at time of booking.
The garage is not available during your stay. There is enough off street parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Plus 1 boat depending on the size.

Our stay was perfect for our group of 6 adults, 2 kids, and our furry family member. The house was spotless, modern, and incredibly spacious, with a large backyard. We chose to cook several meals in, and the kitchen was stocked with most amenities we needed. It’s in a great location—just a short drive to the beach. We had a couple of very hot days during our stay, and the AC worked a treat! Overall, it was a super relaxing trip. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough—we’ll definitely be back!
Second time staying here and just as wonderful as the first. All the amenities, perfect garden for cricket, everything you need and more. Easy walks to beach and town - loved every minute
We had a great time in Inverloch and Surf Side was the perfect property for our group. The property was clean, modern and well set out. The location is wonderful and the interaction with the owners was great. We will definitely look for this property again when visiting Inverloch.
We had the opportunity over Easter to gather our family together at the Beach house. The property gave us all of the amenity we were looking for and was perfect for our purpose.

The place was very tidy and clean and very spacious.
The open plan layout was good for Mummy to prepare food whilst watching the children having fun.
It even has a backyard shower to rinse off after a beach trip.
The ensuite to the master was very important for the parents.
The host communicates well and is gracious.
Another great stay. Always very happy with the property. As return travellers, having had several visits to this property, we always enjoy our stay and this time was no exception. Even with the extreme heat we were very comfortable at the property. We really enjoyed the summer evenings in the backyard. It’s a quick drive to the surf beach though you could walk. I can’t remember now how many times we have stayed at this property. We really love staying here and our hosts have always been fabulous and accommodating. Their communication is top notch and the place has never faulted in its cleanliness and comfort. It is like a home away from home for us. We have visited as a family or as two families in the past and it has accommodated us perfectly on both occasions. We love the space it offers both indoors and out but particularly the outdoors and the comfort of being close enough to the beaches and town but far enough away that it feels secluded and private. This was our second stay at this wonderful holiday house. Our two families had a wonderful and relaxing time in Inverloch and the house felt like a true home away from home. The house is spacious and equipped with everything we needed. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Two living areas are very convenient when traveling with kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. The garden is perfect.Communication with the host was exceptional.We hope to be back next year.Thank you, John!

Awesome stay!
We were looking for a place where we could relax fully and unwind, and this house did not disappoint. We had 6 adults and 2 kids, plus a dog and there was room for everyone, cosy enough to feel homely and be able to spend time with each other but also big enough to have your own space whe you needed it. The house was spotless when we arrived. The garden and outdoor seating area was great! Lots of space for everyone to sit around to eat and while away the afternoons and absolutely awesome for the dog who was over the moon that there was space enough to play ball. We are a group of friends whose lives revolve around food and the kitchen was great, easy to use appliances and well stocked with everthing you need. The area was very quiet, an easy 15 minute stroll to the dog friendly surf beach and a 20 minute walk to the town centre. All in all, a fabulous holiday in a great house. Would definitely keep this house in mind for future getaways!
The property is in a quiet location surrounded by quality homes. We found it spotlessly clean, welcoming and well appointed. As regular visitors to Inverloch we know winter can be cold , however on this trip it was exceptionally cold. The central air conditioning system was both efficient and quiet, keeping us comfortable for the duration of our stay. Excellent kitchen and facilities made for a perfect stay.
The house was lovely, great back yard to sit and relax in the night time.The only disappointing thing was that you have to take your own bed linen and towels. That’s is just and extra item you have to take away with you. But could not fault the house and location at all

It has everything you could possibly need for the entire family and definitely suits more than one family with extra living spaces and four bedrooms. A wonderful property to stay. Well appointed and spotlessly clean. Perfectly suited for our family holiday of five adults and three children. Close to both surf beach and bay beach, with shops just a short drive away. Thank you to John our host, for your excellent communication and lovely property.
What a great property. Spotlessly clean and very well set out, with everything you need for a stay. An easy couple of minute drive into the main street or a 10 minute walk to the surf beach. The property also looks great front and back with the gardens done very tastefully. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommdning this house. And the owner, John, is very quick to respond to any queries.

We had an amazing stay at John’s beach house. The house was immaculate, cleanliness was front of mind. The house is perfect for two families with plenty of space for everyone with two bathrooms and two living spaces. We especially loved the back yard for our little ones to play. The house is stocked with everything you could need for a pleasant and enjoyable stay, including a kitchen that was stocked with good utensils, dinning and cooking. The only thing I’d recommend to bring if you have very small children is plastic plates and cups. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood and only a short drive to the main strip. John was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We are a married couple who work as a Territory Manager and Paramedic. We have 2 children who have loved all that inverloch offers. Activities we enjoy are fishing, swimming and walking our Cavoodle dog (Alfie) along the beautiful surf beach and inlet. We appreciate good food, good wine and good friends.
Why they chose this property
Our recently built home was purpose built to accomodate 2 families. We wanted to build a home that would comfortably house up to 10 guests. It had to be in a quiet, no through road so the kids could ride bikes or kick a football. Close enough to walk to everything, but far enough out of town where it is peaceful even at peak times. We wanted a room for the kids which was the front lounge with a tv, dvd and games console. A large meals area where all 10 could eat together. A large light filled family room that leads to the large outdoor el fresco and concreted yard for ball games or riding scooters. The backyard is one of this properties best features as it can be used all year round.
What makes this property unique
Large family room leads onto beautiful outdoor entertaining area which is undercover, with a 10 seat table to enjoy the big backyard. In fact you can even enjoy watching TV through the large sliding doors. The whole property is located on a level block with a huge area concreted for relaxing outside or kids to play. Previous travelers have enjoyed how well our property works for young children and adults alike.
