1960s style holiday home in a great location just minutes walk to town centre and beach. Ideal for larger family (or 2 smaller families), this double storey 4 bedroom house will accommodate up to 10 people. The property feature TV (3), DVD player (2), stereo, electric heater, split system A/C, 2 bathrooms, 2 living area, carport, fenced yard, BBQ, balcony and outdoor setting. We do not accept schoolies or similar groups.



A bond of A$750.00 is required at the same time as the balance amount. The bond is a general and cleaning bond which is refundable if premises are left as found. Check out time is 10.00am. Check in time is 2.30pm.

Cancellation policy

Refund is subject to re-booking of the house or the full amount will be charged.

An administration fee of $100 will be charged with any cancellation.

An understated Gem in Inverloch

Illuka is an understated house from the outside. When you enter you will be surprised by two spacious living areas that are both air-conditoned. The bedrooms are located at the ground floor and have multiple beds for the extended family and friends. There are 2 shower facilities (one in the laundry and the other part of an upgraded bathroom) ideal for the large group. The amenities provided such as coffee machine, BBQ and smart TV (you need to supply your own WiFi hotspot to watch Netflix/Disney+) complete the pleasant experience. In summary, the house is well equipped, centrally located, and perfect for big families like ours. Wonderful experience.

Classic beach house in Inverloch

Great property with heaps of space. Two huge living areas and beds galore. Even better was the location, only a short 2 minute walk to A’Beckett Street. Loved our 2 weeks here.

It was ideal for all our family of 12 - from 65 year old grandparents down to 4 year old grand children. Plenty of space to do your own thing, or enjoy being together. A small surprise was that there weren't actually 2 bathrooms. There is one shower in the laundry and a hip bath in the actual bathroom - which doesn't have a shower over it. However, this didn't detract from our stay. Owner very helpful and patient when we asked questions we should have already discovered the answer to. Easy walk to shops, and if not carrying a lot of stuff and trying to get tired kids home at the end of the day, walking to the beach also OK (depending on which beach - all are different and good to be on). It suited us and our needs very well. No dishwasher, but we all pitched in to wash dishes and talking over the sink good family time.

We did enjoy our stay in Inverloch we had great weather. Unfortunately the previous guests had been disrespectful to the owners home and left a mess and we only had one working shower. The property is in a good location and has safe of street parking behind gates if u have a JetSki or boat. The home has a lovely new Kitchen and the kids loved the movie room with amble seating and large TV, The parents just needed a DVD player on our TV out in the family room we felt left out.
