Beautiful apartments.

Really enjoyed staying at the apartment and the family loved it. Here my objective suggestion: 1. The stairways need cleaning as there was an unpleasant smell. 2. The floors from the apartment gate to the door a bit stained.

Thanks for the review. Stairway gets cleaned regularly. I will notify the cleaner. Aggregate concrete floor in courtyard has some staining from rain from gutters.

Maintenance

Like all properties, first impressions count Stairwell - smelt like walking into a shearing shed - really kitchen - on light int he range hood blown, also one ceiling downlight intermittent. Lastly - three locked doors to get into the apartment - hard work when carrying stores, clothes and other items from the car down stairs

Hi John thanks for the review and feedback. I have sent a message to the strata cleaner to check why it wasn't clean and make sure they will clean the stairwell regularly. Maintenance items to be completed as listed. To clarify, there is a locked door at the stairwell entrance, and one at the apartment door. There is also a gate to the apartment courtyard that can be locked or left unlocked. Good guest security, does require some unlocking on first arrival/checkin.

Overpriced and unsatisfactory

Other than the location and well equipped full size kitchen this stay was pretty disappointing for our Christmas trip. The floors were dirty, so much so that my toddler needed a bath 30 mins after arriving as her legs were dirty from crawling on the floor. The “soap” provided was a really old Palmolive dispenser with watered down remnants of soap that squirted everywhere when you wanted to wash your hands. There was mould in the bathroom also. We come to the region 3 times a year and have never had this in a holiday rental - and this was over 400 a night. Perhaps it is better value off peak season as it was Xmas but we won’t stay again. I had contacted Stayz to provide feedback but I was told the wonder didn’t respond.

We had a lovely experience staying at Sol Botique apartments, everything was clean and well looked after. We were also within walking distance to everything we needed, shops, restaurants pubs, breweries etc. A great holiday and would definately recommend the accommodation.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed

Though the weather was poor the apartment was very dry and warm. Everything was in good condition and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated the lockup garage and the detailed instructions. My son was very impressed too! I would certainly recommend the apartment for value for money, comfort and location. Thanks!
