This fabulous 5 bedroom house , just minutes drive from Terrigal Beach, is ideal for a group of friends or family looking for a change of scenery with plenty of options for fun things to do both in the house and around the area. This newly renovated house includes:

- Sparkling swimming pool with massage jets
- 8 person Hot Tub
- Sonos Music steaming to built in ceiling speakers
- Pool side covered entertaining area
- Cinema Room with seating for 10+ and reclining chairs
- Games room with Pool Table, Table Tennis and Fuzeball
- Laundry - Washer/Dryer
- 5 Separate Bedrooms (1 King, 2 x Queen and 2 x 2 Singles). 4 bedrooms have ceiling fans above the beds to keep them cool.
- All Linen included (bedding & towels)

We supply all bedding, towels etc


Like all modern properties, we have adopted a modern security approach. We have 2 outside security cameras. One monitoring the front of the property, facing the road (maily used to check when the cleaner has been, laundry collected etc). The second motitors the back entrance from a far distance, and faces away from the property and does not cover the spa or pool, or look into the property. These devices are for security when the house is not in use, and not monitored during a guest stay. We also have a noise monitoring device, placed in the outside entertaining area which will alert us when the noise levels reach an unacceptable level concidered a "loud party".

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved using the spa and cinema room and enjoyed playing table tennis and pool for the first time in years. The house and outdoor area were big enough that we could either all be in the same space or spread ourselves in different spaces without it ever feeling crowded. Kitchen was great to cook in so we barely ate out. Information provided by Darren was thorough, making our stay smooth from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay there again.

Darren’s place was the perfect place to get away to and celebrate with friends! There were 9 of us with plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa, pool, games room and entertainment room! Darren’s communication was excellent and made it a great weekend away!

Great Family Fun House

The house was great for our large extended family. Plenty of things to do in the house with pool, spa, pool table and ping pong meant for hours of fun together. The cinema room was brilliant in size for all the family !

Good living spaces and cinema room but the house was not cleaned well - filthy stove and dirty walls. Apart from that the bedrooms and living spaces were good. The bathroom fan did not turn off which was noisy and there was an abundance of rules which could have been expressed in a more friendly manner. As a group of older women it felt a bit patronising as we would always be respectful and look after someone else’s property. However we did have a lovely time, the beds were comfortable and plenty of space to relax and hang out.

Hi Shauna, thanks for the review and glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. I’d like to add some context to the issue in the ‘dirty wall’. We eventually found the ‘dirty wall’ you referred to and it was behind a sofa in the lounge area. It looked like a drink had been spilled down there. The guests prior to you made some real mess and they did not vacate until an hour after scheduled and which gave us a real challenge in preparing the house in time for your arrival. Apologies we missed spills on a wall hidden behind furniture. The bathroom fan does turn off, it’s on a sensor with a timer (we found guests did not turn it on when showering which was a bigger problem). I admit the length of time it runs for could be reduced. Regarding the house rules. Please understand that a 5 bedroom house with a pool, hot tub, games area with pool table, table tennis etc does attract a broad type of guests. Seeing as you did not write an introduction in your booking, I had no idea you were a group of lovely respectful ladies in your 50’s. I have a responsibility to my neighbors to ensure the 10 guests staying each week do not disturb the tranquility of the area. Sorry you were offended by that, but I would have sent a softer version of the rules had you of provided an introduction about the group pop prior. Great place to relax

Great place to relax with family or friends. Close to all action in the central coast, but also has lots to offer if you just want to stay indoors and take it easy. The games room, pool and jacuzzi was a hit with the family. Would love to visit again

Short Stay

A group of 6 of us were looking to get away from Sydney for a night and we are so glad we found this place. It was in a great spot and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves with plenty of space. We will definitely be back.

Awesome family getaway

What a blast!

Great weekend away

It was a wonderful place to recover and unwind away from Sydney. The house is at the perfect location, close to the beach and just a short stroll to Terrigal shops and food district. The house was very well maintained, with so many games for everyone to enjoy. Darren (host) was very easy to communicate with and also very accommodating. We will hopefully come back soon.
