LOFT - There are 4 Twin-XL beds in 2 separate lofts. Big enough and comfortable for adults.

You have access to an additional 6 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These will be made up at guest request and can be placed in multiple rooms upon arrival.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 8 person private hot tub.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertain system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.

GAME ROOM: Is located in garages. Ping Pong Table (can be folded and stored). 55" Flat Screen TV, Dart Board.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 4 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. Soft straps are provide to strap onto your car and take to the lake or river.

BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce court with custom oyster shell for a premium game.

GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in a oversized double car garage. There is a electric wench lift in each garage for easy removal and storage of your jeep top.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sun shade. We have a new 8 person spa purchased in 2019 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom built fir pit with room for everyone.

HOT TUB ON PATIO'S: There are 2 hot tub's and are private for your use only. They are operational YEAR ROUND. Hot tubs were purchased in 2022 and is always kept in pristine condition.

OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL: A swimming pool and is located a quick 2 minute walk from the home. This is available as part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). Please note, the pool is SEASONAL AND MAY BE CLOSED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOA FOR WEATHER AND MAINTENANCE. The pool and hot tub are most often available April 1st - November 30th. We provide beach towels for all our guests.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a high chair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
