After retired from work me and my wife our holiday house in the south of Rhodes and our sailing boat became our main residence giving the possibility to offer part of our maisonette in Rhodes for temporary rental during the summer time.

Koskinou is a very popular traditional village which offers in the older part a timeless quality houses with colourfully painted doors and facades. It distance just 6 km from Rhodes town and Faliraki and 16 km from the airport. It features, very close, restaurants, supermarkets and other services as well several beaches which are easily reached by foot or by five minute car drive.
