Air conditioned apartment, you are met with a view over Avoca Beach. The main loungeroom/dining area is large, and opens to the entertainment balcony. The kitchen contains everything you could imagine for the family and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Pods not supplied.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each contain king size beds, bedroom 3 contains 2 x king single beds and bedroom 4 contains 2 sets of bunks. All bedrooms open to the large wrap around entertainment balcony, which also houses the hot/cold outdoor shower. All linen is supplied.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

The property was pet friendly but nothing was said before we checked in about pets having to stay outside which made it difficult because some days were 36 degrees! Lovely location , 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lovely property. Bit lacking in essentials like tea towels, dish cloths and only one set of keys for 3 people.
