This comfortable apartment has a stunning view of the beach from the open plan lounge/dining room. Enjoy your breakfast soaking up the morning sun and watching the waves roll in!

Bedroom 1 contains a queen size bed, bedroom two has a cantilever bed ( double on the bottom and single on the top) plus a single bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Kitchen is well equipped and dining/ lounge room with windows looking straight to the beach. The ideal family holiday location.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children’s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.

Perfect beachfront

I cannot think of any way to improve this place. The location is unbeatable. You are in amongst it all, with perfect views of the beach, over a lovely lush green patch of grass, from the moment you wake up. The flat itself was wonderfully equipped with all you need and has a lovely holiday-house character. Highly recommended.
