The property suited our group very well, but we did have problems communicating with the agents. We did not receive an email with the code to the lock box and needed to call the agent, who was very obliging. Unfortunately the written communications were not as successful, with two of our messages not being answered at all. Disappointing.

Disappointing
The outdoor area was unusable
It was dusty, dirty, and unwelcoming
Undercover roof was covered in cobwebs and had clearly not been attended to for some weeks. Inside everything was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned, as you would assume it should be in readiness for guests. All the kitchen utensils , cup, saucers, cutlery were good, no problems. The floor needed to be cleaned. Bedrooms and bathrooms good, Thankyou .

Thank you Lyn for your stay and feed back . while cob webs are removed on a regular basics , even at our own house they are back at this time of year in a short amount of time , we also did have high winds the week of your arrival and should have got around again to get rid of the leaves etc our apoligies
