Lovely modern stand-alone house in a central Perth location. No shared areas or facilities inside or outside, fully fenced.
Close to UWA and hospitals, the Swan River's lovely Matilda Bay, Kings Park, Blue Boat House and Hampden Road cafes.
Generous size open plan living area, with the main bathroom including both a bath and separate shower, also a separate laundry, and a delightful private courtyard. 142 m2 of inside living area.
Air-conditioned throughout, with off-street parking for one car only.
Three big bedrooms each with their own TV, Bedroom One has 1 x King Bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite, Bedroom Two has 1 x King Bed and built-in wardrobe, and Bedroom Three has a queen bed and built-in wardrobe. The bedrooms are separated well from the living area.
Bus stops just minutes away give virtually unlimited access to Perth bus network. Buses to Perth CBD (10 minute travel time) leave every few minutes for most of the day, and regularly to Subiaco and Fremantle.
Relaxing evening walks through the university, along the river foreshore. Kings Park nature walks can take you further to the Botanic Gardens and the city. The foreshore walking paths go on forever.
Cottesloe Beach is a ten minute drive, and a great place to visit in the morning and evenings.

No functions or parties, for private use only. Sorry, no pets. Do introduce yourself and your group.

Wheatbelt Family Stay

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Karen's property. Karen was an excellent host. Very accommodating and responsive. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. Perfect layout for small children, and they loved the toys. Great location with many eating options and beautiful playgrounds nearby. Close to hospitals which was a bonus for us. We felt very safe and comfortable at Karen's.

Amazing house!

This is a fabulous house! A true home away from home! We stayed as a family of 4 & the house was perfect! Off street parking in a quiet street, great neighbourhood, food options close by, so many positives. It is very close to PCH which was important to us. The house itself is fabulous. Great sized bedrooms, air conditioning, large open plan living area & a great back patio area. Karen has everything in the house you need & more! Will definitely be recommending to friends & family that need Perth accommodation.

Awesome kid friendly place with easy access and lots to do. Property Manager sets up the house with high chair, porta-cot, kids toys etc, advise you of bin days and really easy to communicate with.

A great place to stay

Very clean villa with all the amenities. Terrific location near river and only short walk to eateries on Hampden Rd. Quiet environment and with a great host in Karen.
