This fabulous family holiday house with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7) is located approx. 500 meters from the sands of Koonya Ocean Beach and back beach walking trails, you can literally hear the waves crashing from the deck whilst sipping on a sundowner and watching the children play in the garden.
Comprising a fully renovated kitchen which is adjacent to a spacious lounge and dining room with open fireplace that opens onto a beautiful north facing deck which is ideal for alfresco dining or just for the kids to play. Featuring 3 good size bedrooms, master with walk in robe and ensuite, main family bathroom and separate laundry, the home also includes, Wifi, outdoor hot and cold shower, BBQ and flat screen TV's with DVD player.

With the close proximity to the Ocean Beach there are endless walking tracks to explore, while the Bay beach is only a short walk or quick drive away. The 'Koonya General Store' is also a 5 minute walk from the house for all your essentials.

Great location/ lovely home

We stayed for 9 days over summer break and the house worked perfectly for our family. The house is very well designed with a sunlit, spacious family room for all to spend time together in. Would highly recommend and we hope to return !

Ideal family holiday home

Great house, clean and tidy, 3 B’rooms & 2 bathrooms, seperate laundry. Short walk to back beach, handy to General Store. Too far to walk to Sorrento Main Street. Good functional outdoor area.

Perfect escape to the beach for families, young and old!

The accommodation was much better than the photographs which was a pleasant surprise. The house is spacious and light with a lovely surrounding deck overlooking trees that made it private. It was well appointed and had everything available to cook Christmas dinner including a Weber BBQ. It would be about a 10 minute walk to the back beach and on several evenings we could hear waves crashing on the beach. Perfect location for Sorrento and Portsea but lovely quiet street and away from the crowds. All in all a lovely escape to the beach!
