Fantastic house in great location. Would very much recommend if you’re looking for some back beach serenity whilst minutes away from anything you need / lots to do.

Thank you EJ and family for leaving my house so very clean and tidy. I had the house ready for my next guests in jig time!!
It was a pleasure to host you.
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away. The fireplace was perfect for the cold nights and location is conveniently close to the back beach and shops. Thank you for a great stay
Thank you Lisa for letting us stay at your lovely house. Loved how close it is to the coastal path and the town. Enjoyed the quirkiness of this property, so comfortably and has everything one needs to get away from the buzz of the city. And the real fire is an absolute gem. The weather was not great so the fire made the whole experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend for relaxing quiet get away. Thank you
This beach house is in a quiet location and is very well equipped. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed walking along the coastal track exploring the beaches and rock pools.
Thank you Lisa for sharing your house with us.

Thank you Megan. I’m very glad you enjoyed your stay.
I took my Mum away for the weekend. The house ticked all the boxes for us both. Comfy beds, warm with it being a windy and wet weekend, a short drive to lots of what Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Sarah was an exceptional guest
The house was in immaculate condition
Thank you Sarah
We booked this property last minute as a previous property cancelled on us, after friends and family had already made the plans to travel down this way.
Host was lovely and very thorough in communication.
The house was clean and just the right size.
We had a lovely weekend spent away here.
The property was nicely presented and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed staying at the property. The location is great with easy access to the Sorrento or Rye shops and a quick run to the Portsea backbeach. Lisa was great with communication and everything went perfectly. I highly recommend Lisa's property and will look to book again!

Thanks Stuart. I’m thrilled you enjoyed your stay. You left the house in excellent condition and so easy for me to then spend a few days at the beach.
I would welcome you to stay again next year.
Loved our time at Lisa’s property. Located only a few minutes from the main Blairgowrie shops and a short 10 minute trip to Sorrento as well. Great hidden closure from the nearby homes and street as well with an incredible front yard to sit out on.
Lisa’s communication before, throughout and after the stay was first class so it was a pleasure. Property was presented in great condition. Highly recommend!

Lisa's seaside retreat is a beautiful property and has the feel of a traditional Australian beach house that I absolutely love.
The Garden is absolutely stunning and you can sit immersed in nature, hearing the waves crashing in absolute privacy.
The house has everything you need to enjoy yourself.
Lisa's communication was fantastic the whole time and she keep it informed of everything we needed to know and checked in via text to male sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Thanks Clinton. It was a pleasure having you and your family stay at my property.
And thanks for leaving the house so presentable on your exit….and leaving an empty dishwasher 😂
A grecian idyll right between two stunning coastlines.
We had just finished a four-month trip in the Mediterranean - If I had found a piece of land there as relaxed and idyllic as this large block, I would have been thrilled. So much space for blankets under trees to read and relax. We were having a Trans-Tasman reunion and family Christmas here and all of us were very happy with Lisa's home. Spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a very special Christmas. Had an outstanding swim in the rock pools and in the other direction found peaceful spots on Blairgowrie Beach to chill out on. The local supermarket at Blairgowrie was excellent. Very much recommend this house and the location. Thanks.

Thanks Sue. I’m so glad you and your family enjoyed your time at my home.
It makes me very happy to know that guests enjoy the peace and solitude that I love so much.
Wonderful compact house with large garden area. My family really enjoyed staying here and the host is very generous with a bottle of wine & biscuits on arrival. More like staying in a home than a rental. The house is situated close to St John’s Wood Road so it’s easy to get supplies at the local IGA & a coffee. The rooms are compact however everything you need is here.
The large garden is great fir relaxing with a drink in the afternoon. Early morning walk to the back beach is easily accessible at the end of the street. Very enjoyable stay. Thankyou!
We absolutely loved this place! It was clean, tidy and had a nice feel to it. The location is also perfect. It’s quiet, peaceful and only a few minutes walk to the beach. In addition, the host Lisa was very helpful and responsive to any questions. I can highly recommend this place and can't wait to book it again for another memorable family vacation!
Lisa's house is a wonderful little place to stay, in a quiet residential street within earshot of the waves. Cosy in winter and with all the amenities you'd need, it's not ostentatious, and it doesn't need to be. It was everything we wanted for a weekend holiday house. Lisa is an amazing host!
