Tranquility is a three bedroom federation style house situated on a high elevation of the township of Drouin on nearly two acres of land overlooking the magnificence of the mountains and its valley. The property has tonnes of character and appeal. Its lush relaxing atmosphere truly invites you to rest relax and recharge. Tranquility with its well manicured gardens boasts of breath taking views of Mt Baw Baw from the front verandah and garden making you appreciate the serenity of such an amazing location. The property also boasts of a magnificent olive orchard, other fruit trees and some sheep.

It is just only 2 km away from the township of Drouin and an easy 15 minute drive to the new Gumbaya World theme park with just 80km to the ski fields of Mt Baw Baw. This home with large open plan living areas, spacious bedrooms, kitchen with modern appliances and washing machine, will provide clean and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people. This home is ideal for friends or families wanting to stay together.

Drouin experience

Spacious, very well appointed house. Only issue is shower door in the main bathroom not operating anywhere near correctly. Driveway could do with some pruning of bordering plants - not everyone has a tandem trailer though! This is an excellent property to stay at - nicely located and very nicely presented. Every reason to stay again.

Gardening Needed

The property is in need of some maintenance. Especially the overgrown driveway that made it impossible to drive up or down with overgrown foliage scraping the vehicle. External steps and a large pit pose a safety risk. These little bits of maintenance would improve the property a lot. Overall good value and an enjoyable stay.

Large and clean. Outside was very unkept. Said it slept 10 yet only 2 doubles and 3 singles were set up even though we stipulated 10 people. No pillow cases or doona covers for extra beds which were mattresses lined up in cupboard. Dissapointing to get there late and had to make up beds.

Well there is a sofa bed which is double. Additional sheets provided and pillows with pillow cases if you need to use sofa bed and folding bed. I have hosted 10 people many times and there was no issue at all. Sorry that you found it disappointing

So spacious inside, great place for large family. Only negative is not alot of outdoor space to enjoy. Also beds could probably do with an upgrade, however great place to spend a weekend. Friendly and prompt communication with owner.
