Entire apartment is all yours, as well as access to the common area Laundry room located at the back of the building, which including coin operated washer and dryer. A free WIFI service is provided in the apartment (some download restrictions apply).
We provide a basic starter amenities pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional items during your stay.

Getting Around:
Besides being walking distance to everything Glenelg has to offer, getting into Adelaide CBD couldn't be easier with the tram running between Glenelg and the City every 20 minutes. There is also a main bus hub in Glenelg that can connect you to almost everywhere else!

For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you if this is due to occur during your stay.
The starter amenities packs are there to assist in your arrival process, however these items are not replenished during your stay. For extended stays you may need to purchase more of these items, such as toilet paper and milk.
The carpark is located at the end of the driveway of the building. Off street parking is available for one car only. Please note, it is a very tight carpark and there is only 1 allocated space available per apartment, so you must only park in the space marked with your apartment number. The height of the lowest point of this specific apartment carpark is 1.9 metres. Cars with roof racks will not fit under our carport, but most standard size 4WD and SUVs will fit. Additional cars or visitors to the property must park on the street. There is free parking available in the surrounding side streets, but not directly out the front of the building, which is ticketed.
For a secure stay, guests are required to complete our simple verification process. Guests need to provide a government-issued ID, confirm their contact info, and, in some cases, provide a matching credit card. This info is solely for screening purposes and is not stored perminently.
Guests will also be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to our terms, including verification and a background check if needed.

Location was perfect, house was as advertised, and comfortable house 3 adults and two under 10’s.
Really spacious, clean apartment. Big bedroom for the kids was a bonus, with good kitchen supply to be able to use it practically, eg olive oil and SP, even got some complimentary almonds. Central aircon practical bathroom made the stay very comfortable. Big park across the road and close to the Glenelg main strip tram. Direct bus to airport too.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we cannot change the size or layout of the carpark in this very old deco property, and we do mention on our listing that parking can be tight. We try our best to provide clean and comfortable stays for all our guests, so it is sad to be reviewed just 3 stars purely for an external part of the property that we are unable to control. It is rare for properties in this area to have on site carparking, so whilst it is tight, most people appreciate the option to park their car off street.
