Please be aware that Sydney has a tropical climate, so you may encounter a few bugs during your stay, but they won’t affect your comfort.



All bedrooms are located upstairs in this older building, and the stairs are narrow and steep, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.



The laundry room is shared with the neighboring property (Via 2) and is equipped with a washing machine only—there is no dryer available.
