About this property

Relax & Enjoy Renovated Condo Close to the Beach!

The condo has a rich cozy feel due to the dark custom espresso cabinets. These cabinets are topped with granite countertops with tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen. The floors are top of the line beautiful whitewashed finished laminate that add a real 'beach feel' to the unit. The bathroom has been upgraded with tile shower walls, which is rare in these condos. You have to see the pictures to really understand what this unit has to offer.

The condo sleeps a single family best. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the den, and captain bunks built into the hall across from the bedroom that the kids will really love! (these bunk are designed for persons under 5'6' tall).

The table seats 6 comfortably if you choose to eat in and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher for the clean-up.

There is a 40” HDTV in the den with a Blu-ray player and another 32” HDTV in the bedroom with a DVD player.

There are two beach chairs provided for your use at the beach (The pool provides chairs).

The resort has 3 restaurants on site plus a beach bar and ice cream/snow cone shack right by the pool/beach. The pool is right on the ocean. There are lighted tennis courts and pickle ball courts on site that are free for all guests to use by simply reserving them at the pro shop. There is also a small indoor workout facility on site and an outdoor course as well.

If fishing is your pleasure, there is a catch and release fishing lagoon on-site.

Enjoyed our stay this condo. Great location in B building on the 1st floor. Right next to the staircase. Loved the beach decor. Bed was comfy. Huge plus that they have an ice maker in the unit!! Lots of cabinet space for storage. Would book again in the future.

Perfect Hilton Head Stay

My wife and I have stayed at the HHBTC for several years now. We always stay in the same type of unit. The furniture in this unit was the most comfortable we have found. The host answered the one question we had very fast and is easily reached. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Regarding our recent rental

We loved our stay at the condo. Loved the location. The only thing the door going out to the balcony we could not lock and there was no screen door so we couldn't keep it open for the breeze. However, the condo had everything we needed. Very well equipped.

Quick Ocean getaway

We planned a very last minute trip to Hilton Head and the condo was great for what we needed. The condo is small but we were only there 3 nights so it wasn't too bad. Short walk to the beach and great pool area, with a bar!

Great Location and comfortable

A very clean and maintained vacation rental. We enjoyed the very short walking distance to the beach, especially to watch the sunrises in the morning. A well supplied kitchen and many comforts of home.

Everything we needed

We completely enjoyed our stay. We wanted to stay in and cook for meals, and we had everything we needed. First floor ease of access and only a few steps down the boardwalk to the beach. As noted on the description, this is not a huge space, so I wouldn’t recommended any more than four people.

Great Location!

My family and I stayed here for a week at the end of July. You can’t beat the location! Very easy walk to the beach or pool. It’s a smaller condo but we knew that going in. We’re a family of four so it was a little tight but like I said we knew that going in. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. It’s very close to restaurants and other activities on the island. My only complaint is the pool was very dirty but the owner of the condo has nothing to do with that. I would definitely recommend this condo for a family of 3 or less and 4 if the space won’t bother you.

My name is Wendy Clamp. I have been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 30 years. It started when my mother went in with a group of people and bought a portion of one of the tennis villas. She then proceeded to purchase a beach villa on her own and sold her interest in the tennis villa. She enjoyed it so much that she purchased B-121 so that she could use one and have one to rent. We have spent at least a week every year at one of her condos.

Why they chose this property

This condo has been in the family for many years. My mother passed away in 2009 and left it to my brother and me. We totally gutted it back in 2013 and started from scratch to make it our own.
