Tucked away on a quiet in town street, this apartment has all the warmth for a family or small group to fuel a great mountain experience. Directly on the shuttle route to the mountain, 2 minute walk to town, allowing you to leave your car keys on the table! Large 1st floor room with smart TV, renovated hardwood floors, large gas fireplace that encapsulates the ski experience with a quick flip of the switch.
Newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom apartment available, with expansion ability to a 3rd floor en suite, for an extra large bedroom (with an additional fee) . Very short shuttle ride to the mountain, or quick drive to the slopes. After a full day outside take an easy stroll into town for dinner. 2 floors of use, with 2 bedrooms and full bath on the second floor. (can be expanded for access to a 3rd floor large bedroom/bathroom, at an additional fee). Large mudroom entryway to store ski/snowboard gear (keep boots warm!) and get dressed for the adventure. Perfect for a family or 2 couples to share. Hardwood floors recently refinished throughout. Brand new stainless appliances. Brand new gas fireplace and big screen smart TV.

Ski stay

We really enjoyed our stay, house was very clean, great location, private home. The mud room was a great help to us and our ski equipment! Kitchen well equipped only thing I would suggest is cutting board and baking sheet. Very cozy gas fireplace! Owners are very responsive and helpful immediately when we locked ourselves out!

Wonderful Ski House

The place is newly and tastefully renovated- very comfortable and clean. The owner is very nice and lives nearby so is easily accessible and helpful. Perfect location right in town, walking distance to restaurants and the Okemo shuttle stops right across the street. Would absolutely come back!

Husband Steve and I are renovators, skiers, and parents of 4 children, almost launched completely to adulthood. We bought the property on advice from a wise mentor, who once said "if you build it near water, your grown children will come visit more often. Your water source can be a lake, river, ocean, or a mountain. " Okemo is that source of water for us, hopefully acting as a magnet to bring our kids back to see us from time to time.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property after looking for a quite a while for something in downtown Ludlow, to allow enjoyment of both the mountain and the town. We have overseen renovation of the property inside and out. We hope that you enjoy it!

What makes this property unique

In town, completely separate 2 floor apartment, all new appliances, beautifully tiled bath with jacuzzi tub. On the shuttle route. Downtown Ludlow is a skiers apre ski gem with bars and restaurants within a very short walk.
