First time listed family beach house
A relaxed and charming holiday home perfect for friends and families to share.
Relax, unwind and enjoy the outdoors whilst the kids play cricket and make special memories.

- Brand new renovation

- Fire pit for toasting marshmallows when the sea breeze settles in

Five minutes by car will take you swiftly to the centre of town or to the beach with your surfboards in tow.
Ten minutes on bike will get you to the Barwon Heads bridge for a drink at the pub or fish and chips in the park by the river.
Twenty minutes by foothill take you on a scenic route along the boardwalk by the river mangroves with a detour leading you to the breathtaking views by the 13th beach golf course.

Barwon Heads has something for everyone - and at Our Place you're never too far from all of it including;

Perfect house for two families.

The would have to be the best holiday house we have stayed in the Barwon Heads area. Fantastic set up for two families. Lots of room for dinners. Close to shops and river. Large yard in quiet area. Will be back.

Lovely getaway.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love the quiet location and layout out of the house. Perfect for two families. Easy walk to the river, shops and Lake Connewarre. Nice big yard for games and outside entertainment. Having had annual trips to Barwon Heads / Ocean grove for 14 years this is hands down our favourite. Host is brilliant with communication too .

The layout was good

The layout of the house was ideal for the 4 generations with the younger parents and child one end and older people the other end. Could have done with some "essentials" like tea bags, coffee sachets (there was sugar), spare garbage bags and maybe more toilet rolls. A long walk or short drive to the beach. A good weekend though.

The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Quiet neighbourhood and plenty of parking. Easy access and good sized bedrooms and excellent to have linen & towels provided. Kitchen long and skinny so awkward with a few people in there but well stocked with plates cutlery glassware and cooking implements. More than enough seating inside and outside for a large group but it is mostly stool/bench seating which became uncomfortable after a while. The hosts responded quickly to enquiries prior to arrival and provided a mobile numbet to contact them during our stay. Very happy overall.

This property was purchased by two families and the floor plan of the house makes it easy for two families to enjoy and share the expense or friends to have a great place to relax and enjoy Barwon Heads.

Our children and their friends have enjoyed this house for over 19 years.

What makes this property unique

Quietly positioned on a corner block in walking distance to the river, walking distance to the village type atmosphere shopping centre, with lots of cafe's, restaurants, bars and shopping.

Very relaxing place to holiday.
