Beautiful property

Perfect house for a catch up with old friends, we had everything we needed and more. The house was gorgeous we gave the fire place a good workout and the gardens were a wonderful surprise. Location fantastic with local restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Would definitely recommend.

The house is beautiful and well located. Claudia was very proactive in sharing pre-arrival information with us, which helped a lot following our arrival. The check-in was seamless. Location of the house is fabulous - a short walk to shops and the beach, and a short drive to the centre of town. The real winner was the dog-friendly nature of the house and the magnificent garden. I would most definitely stay there again!

Came up to Coffs for Christmas. Great location with just a short walk to the shops, and Jetty. Only drawback was no AC which makes the sitting area of the house quite warm in summer. Def would stay here again!!

5 star beautifully presented older style property with high cathedral ceilings in kitchen/lounge/dining. Covered outside balcony which was good in hot and rainy weather. The gardens are magnificent. Walking distance to restaurants. Our 2 dogs had a great time exploring the gardens.

My family and I had a great experience staying at Claudia’s property. The house was very clean, well - stocked with linen and the kitchen is huge. The house is very tastefully decorated and there are lovely touches to make a guest feel welcome. Claudia is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Beyond Expectations

Jetty House is a lovely home surrounded by a beautiful garden. The Home has everything you could want for and more. Beds were super comfortable and lovely crisp linen, Sheridan towels and tasteful interior design. Big bonus was we could take our dog and stay in boutique accommodation. Location was great also. We booked as a short stop over from Sydney to Byron Bay and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Claudia for proving a lovely holiday accommodation offering.

Paradise

The property is so beautifully styled and the attention to detail is second to none. The real highlight is the garden - we had great fun exploring the unique paradise. It was so special to have the garden to ourselves during our stay as it was just so spectacular. We enjoyed short strolls to the jetty, markets, lookout point and shops. But the place was just so beautiful we didn’t want to leave the house! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Amazing Getaway

This house was one of the best holiday houses I have been to. The house is exactly as seen in the photos and the garden is lush and amazing. On our trip we had 2 grandparents, teenager, child and myself + a small dog. Every member of the family was well accommodated. Claudia has great attention to detail in providing games for the kids, dog needs, excellent wifi and information on local shops and restaurants. All the bedrooms have sizable comfortable beds with crisp sheets and soft white towels. I love that Claudia updates her Instagram account to remind me of the place and what we can do next time we are there. I would definitely book again.

A memorable stay

The Jetty House was the most well appointed house we have ever stayed in. It had everything from magnificent gardens, beautifully decorated bedrooms and living areas to a kitchen with teas, plunger coffee, essentials, champagne and a fully functioning kitchen. We loved the walks and easy access to the beach and Claudia was very easy to contact if we had any questions or recommendations. I would recommend this stay to absolutely anyone. Susan

Relaxing Peaceful House with Amazing Garden

Jetty House exceeded our expectations! We have stayed in many houses and Jetty House would have to be one of the best. From the moment we walked in with our 2 dogs, it felt like home. The slow combustion fire was burning as we arrived early evening. Throws on the lounges, pantry with all the essentials, super comfortable beds, bath salts, toys, bowls and blankets for the dogs and even a spare toothbrush. The garden of the house is beautiful with great places to sit and relax. The main garden is amazing and fabulous to walk around. The house is in within walking distance of the Jetty, cafes, beaches and off lead beaches for the dogs. Could not have asked for anything more. Thank you Claudia for renting out your beautiful house and garden to the 4 of us.

Short stay while visiting family

Our stay at Jetty House was all too short. After a long drive we arrived on a very cold day and were delighted that Claudia had the wood burning heater fired up and the living area was warm & toasty. So, we just collapsed into the comfortable living area sofas and relaxed. We were a multi-generational group 3 yrs to 72 years plus a small dog. This house accommodated us all well. The living area is spacious and and everyone was able to pursue there own interest without feeling cramped. The large kitchen was a bonus - plenty of room to move and well equipped for preparing meals or just snacks. The private spaces were lovely - large and with very comfortable beds and heaters, and the family bathroom was provided with good quality towels and toiletries. In all areas the decor provided plenty of visual interest without clutter. The gardens were the highlight and one of the main reasons for choosing Jetty House. I had seen them in magazines and as we also live in a subtropical climate on a similarly sloping block, was keen to be in them, So, with glass of champagne in hand, we all had an exploration. Plenty of inspiration! It was a great stay!

Hi, I am Claudia. I am a landscape designer based in Coffs Harbour. I moved here 25 years ago from Germany, where I grew up. My Australian husband is a keen surfer and we both enjoy the coastal lifestyle the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We used to live at Jetty House, in 2000 we purchased the property next door and build our home there. However the garden has been developed over all these years combining both properties. It has since featured in many magazines and books. Although the Jetty area is the most popular tourist area, Jetty House and our home offers complete privacy and seclusion.

What makes this property unique

Jetty House is one of the original dwellings in this area and has been beautifully renovated and furnished.
