It’s was a fantastic location close to transport, restaurants and bars. The unit had everything you need to ensure you could be self sufficient if required.
Enjoyed a 2 week stay as we visited Brisbane and the surrounding areas. Quiet and comfortable, close to the ferry stops and the riverwalk which made traveling about the city a breeze. The restaurants and bakery so close was certainly a bonus! Will definitely be back and would recommend !

The apartment is dirty. Poorly maintained and badly managed. Old footwear left under tables, worn carpets, extensive mould, traces of blood on the bed, old food left in cupboards, chipped walls, really unacceptable and I will be going for a refund
I stayed at the property with my eldest son and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is fabulous and the amenities are wonderful. It is quiet and it was lovely to go for a run each morning along the river.

The place was safe and quiet. Property was well maintained and I love the kitchen and the fact it has everything you need for cooking.
Very well located and secured property, very close to hotel, cafes and restaurants. Short walk to the city centre over the new Kangaroo Point Bridge. Great access to river walks, Story Bridge and bus/ferry terminals. The kitchen is conveniently appointed allowing preparation of our own food.Very happy with the apartment for our family and would be happy to stay here again.
Great location for families. Close to restaurants, corner store for a few groceries, a park 800m away for the kids. Pool and spa great for kids too. Place itself had black mould in the bathroom unfortunately.
We enjoyed staying at Bridgewater, where we found everything we needed in our home-away-from-home holiday accomodation. Thank you for the small touches - we only needed a grocery run on day 1! Great location for the New Year’s fireworks.
A great location and a super roomy apartment. An older apartment and the drains sometimes had a funny smell, but everything you need is there and the beds were comfy too 😀
Lovely time spent with our son who resides in Brisbane. We spent this time helping our son purchase his first home with great success. Having a relaxing time in the pool in the afternoon was a most welcome delight.
Beautiful spot. Nice and quiet in amongst busy streets. Easy to the catch ferry into the cbd and to navigate around the city. A little dated and dusty but no problem
A very nice place to stay. It is well maintained and provides all kinds of furnishings and kitchenwares. Very clean and pleasant interior. The community is under very good management. The atrium is beautiful.
There is also free shuttle bus and ferry to CBD or other places. Overall speaking, it is a very good place and I would stay again next time.
Place great to stay at with 2 kids. Some carpet replacement and fixtures updated in bathrooms would lift the experience and rating, but great time overall. The apartment is a great size for a family. Aircon and fans kept the place cool for a hot January in Brisbane. Parking was secure and undercover
Property is basic and they need to replace glasses in the kitchen, we had to go buy some to get through our stay
The queen bed is also needing replacement

Hi Cynthia, I am sorry that you mentioned that there were not enough glasses, did you check the second pantry cupboard as there are many glasses in this cupboard. I will let the owner know that you were not happy with the bed, as we have not received any complaints about this from prior guests. Regards Brigette
The check in process is a little clunky...no clear instructions provided on how to access the underground parking space. Reception staff helped in the end but quite begrudgingly. Apartment well equipped but could do with a little maintenance (broken towel rails, torn seat cushions on balcony). Property manager helpful over messages and our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Secure & close parking to front door was super. If you plan on staying in this apartment, be aware that 6am wake ups from nearby gym & pool noise is frequent.

Apartment was exactly as expected - very clean and enjoyable- pool was lovely. We would stay there again however unfortunately the property manager told us what time we could collect the keys but we were still waiting 2 hours and 45 mins later on the street at the convenience store. We couldn't reach the property manager on the phone or via text message so were left on the street waiting. Fortunately she finally returned our call and told us the cleaner would call us - the cleaner didn't call until we followed up again - the cleaner was very nice, helpful and understood our predicament. If we had been told from the start what the situation was then we could have made alternative arrangements to avoid the urgency as we had important commitments that we had to attend.
We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in this comfortable apartment at Kangaroo Point. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of four. Has a fully-equipped kitchen, two big bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer. The kids loved the pool and spa set in well-maintained gardens. Good sized balcony overlooking the palms and pool area (as per pictures). Fantastic location close to city - we all enjoyed walking along the riverside path and catching the ferries. Lots of cafes/restaurants nearby - Medley on the riverside path is a highlight. Recommended for a comfortable and affordable family stay.
There is some wear and tear on some of the kitchen cupboards as the age of the unit and limited hanging space for towels in the large bathrooms. However the unit is very large. Its easy access to the good looking pool. The location is great. Nice cafe, corner general store and pub. Nice little walk to catch a ferry to get across to the city center and nice walk to south bank or again catch city hopper ferry.

Kangaroo Point - great location
The location of this apartment is close enough to Brisbane CBD with easy public transport. However, like other reviews, the apartment needs attention as it's old and run down. Besides needing an update, there were several items broken or not working. We would not stay in this apartment again.
