About this property

Your ideal vacation stop over. Huge house turreted like a castle, over 500 sq m. of living space. Fully furnished complete amenities with swimming pool, pool table and karaoke, free wifi, breathtaking views, child friendly facilities. Hot tub by swimming and paddling pools. Fully gated and walled property. 2 storeys with walk out basement. Short drive to Taal Lake and volcano views, palenque (market) Picnic Grove, Palace in the Sky, Sky Ranch and modern shopping malls, . Barbecue pit by the swimming pool. .
No other parties booked at same time you have exclusive use of house and facilities except unassigned bedrooms
All bedrooms air conditioned and made available based on maximum of 4 persons per bedroom (5 persons 2 bedrooms; 9 persons 3 bedrooms; 13 persons 4 bedrooms 4 bedrooms, all 6 bedrooms assigned for groups of 21 or more. 3 of the regular bedrooms have their own private balcony and all bedrooms have bathroom c/w shower (5/6 HOT WATER SHOWER), the deluxe and super deluxe (master bedroom suite) also have bath tub and bidet. Super deluxe also has walk-in closet area. There is a surcharge for the deluxe and super deluxe rooms when requested. Additional bedrooms can be negotiated. Floor mattresses available as required , no charge.
House features sunken octagonal shaped living room with cathedral ceiling and open to 2nd floor interior balcony; large dining room with breakfast nook with separate table; step up to sitting room with television; kitchen and smaller table for 6 with stove, fridge and microwave and utensils cutlery and crockery. (Advise staff if use of microwave, utensils, cutlery and crockery is required, no charge for this.) "L" shaped island counter/bar surrounding kitchen on 2 sides. Parking is available on the grounds for 8 cars, street parking for larger number of vehicles. Secluded location, house has been used as a movie set for the local movie industry. Parties larger than 30 can be negotiated. Guests are welcome to have catering from outside companies.

Family Great Time

Our Family had a wonderful time in this house. Family requests for towels, bedsheets,and soap needed. We had fun up to the wee hours singing with Karoke,. playing pool, etc. The kids in the Family enjoyed the pool. Although we paid extra for extra time a n d were not able maximize the use of the pool, this was on us. The staff were super responsive and helpful.Thank you!

Camucho Residences

The properly itself is beautiful and big.ideak place for big group's / families. However it's very dated and needs fixing. Toilets / bathrooms needs cleaning, taps /shower needs fixing. Properlty owner Tita Osita is very accommodating and friendly. The care taker kuya's Arnel is very helpful, and friendly, acts quickly for any requests The place is in good location, however not easy to find, due to incorrect location and not enough information provided in Google map.

Osita was raised in the Philippines and is from Bicol. She worked in Kuwait for a few years where she met Chris. Chris was raised in the U.K. and emigrated to Canada shortly after graduating as an electrical engineer. Chris and later Osita worked mostly in and around Calgary Alberta. Chris has also worked in Kuwait, China, Yemen and Peru. Osita worked as a casino dealer in Calgary.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property and built this house as a retirement place a few years ago We enjoy meeting people and taking in guests has become a hobby of ours. We live in the villa at the other end of the property so guests can enjoy the house for themselves

What makes this property unique

e enjoy the cooler temperatures here and the gated community that gives this place a country like feel. We have enjoyed the the large bedrooms with their own full bathrooms. We like the karaoke and pool table in the games room in the walk out basement. We also enjoy the views from the look out place (tower) at the top of the spiral stairway, that stairway also reaches all the way to the basement. Sometimes you might find us just outside the gate in the evening, with a fire lit and just chatting with some of our staff. It's not camping but close.
