Waterfront property in tranquil Bawley Point. Sleeping up to 7 people each bedroom is comfortably styled, bright and airy. There is plenty of space for adults and children with a large downstairs deck also with small deck upstairs which is accessed from main bedroom which overlooks Gannet Beach. This recently renovated property is beautifully done and well appointed.

Great location, and awesome outlook. But the property needs some TLC. A broken bed frame meant we drew the short straw and slept on the floor with the mattress. Plus, there are loads of cobwebs, rather large huntsman spiders, and bird excrement around the property, and there were no spare toilet rolls

Easter holiday south coast Bawley Beach

We had a great time and the property was exactly what we needed. The location is perfect with access to multiple beaches and wildlife.

Easter short stay

We are a family of two parents with two adult children and their partners. The location is incredibly beautiful and walking distance to three beaches which we all enjoyed. The kitchen is well equipped with enough cooking equipment and serving plates and neatly organized. The bathrooms are clean and have cleaning supplies as well. Our only slight discomfort was privacy - with our particular group We would have all liked separate bedrooms but the house has two small bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed) and one large bedroom which sleeps four. This was clearly stated by the owners and the photos were accurate so we knew before we arrived there. We had a really lovely time and felt it was a true holiday home in a scenic area- we returned refreshed!

Bawley Point

We enjoyed our stay but were surprised that there was no hot water when we arrived and no instructions as how to change gas bottles. My husband had to go outside in the rain to change gas bottles. When I contacted the agent they were not very sympathetic or apologetic. We expected hot water to be available in this luxury rental. After this hurdle we enjoyed the rest of our holiday.

Fantastic home and location

We have been holiday in at Bailey Point for over 15 years and have enjoyed it every year (with he exception of 2020 bushfires made it not so great), but this year was by far the best in all that time. The house is great, the location is spectacular five star all round experience cant wait to get back to it next year.
