Walk 10 steps from our gate and look down to see what the morning surprise is, maybe a manatee or ray! The patio is cool and shaded much of the day for your comfort. We provide a gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and more. Fishing permitted but byo fishing gear. Inside is a comfortable living area, full kitchen with coffee maker, instant pot and more to make life easy. Television with cable and WiFi. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with your option of king or two twins, we also have an inflatable queen mattress for overnight guests, all linens provided. Full bath with tub/shower combo. Central heat and air conditioning. Chairs, cooler and towels provided for beach adventures. Security gate at Condo complex entrance and parking just outside the front door. Tenant has full access to condo community features including pool, sauna, fitness center, events, clubhouse, walking paths and kayak launch point.
