The listing is the upstairs of a two-floor duplex. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a sunroom, a dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room and a large backyard. The place has a tv with netflix and amazon prime. There is wireless internet. There is central air and heating, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is primarily young professionals and is not a party area. It is very close to Freret Street, which is filled with some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. The place would comfortably accommodate two couples or a family.
