Perfect for any New Orleans event like Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras or just a weekend in NOLA. Centrally located and a quick cab or uber to French Quarter, Uptown, and Universities. The listing is the upstairs of a two-floor duplex. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a sunroom, a dining room, living room, kitchen, laundry room and a large backyard. The place has a tv with netflix and amazon prime. There is wireless internet. There is central air and heating, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The neighborhood​ is primarily young professionals and is not a party area. It is very close to Freret Street, which is filled with some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. The place would comfortably accommodate​ two couples or a family.
