Newly built and openned in 2018. It has fantastic sea view from all teracces and 3 bedrooms. Main teracce is 60m2. You can spend all day on teracces because after 1 p.m. it is in shade. Property is near Old town Labin, 2 km, and Rabac beaches 7 km, while the closest beach is 3 km. In case you want swim in late Sept or Oct there is heated pool. New furniture. Surfers lifestyle design. My family welcome you!
