Bluewater Resort is a very nice place to stay. We had some concerns when we first arrived, but Elliott Rentals took care of them the very same day. Very nice vacation.

Great condo

The condo was exactly as advertised! The resort was very nice, and Makos was surprisingly delicious !! All in all a wonderful trip!

Bluewater 601

The condo is very nice, nicely decorated and comfortable. Large balcony, oceanfront. Enjoyed the pools and easy access to beach. The only criticism I would have is that the kitchen isn’t very well equipped. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Good stay

It was a good stay, everything was clean. The unit had everything we needed inside! Only thing we did not like is the fact that you had to have a key card to access almost every door inside the building and we only had 1 key with 6 people so everyone pretty much had to go out at 1 time in order to be able to get back inside the building at the same time.

Gorgeous Views

Furniture is as listed, everything in working order, and the site has everything you need! We were surprised to find toiletries, towels and toilet paper, as this is not a hotel. We loved the oceanfront pool, hot jacuzzi, and the outdoor bar was convenient for an adult beverage. The unit could use a new coat of paint around the doors, but we didn’t see anything else. Would stay again!

The condo was great close to all entertainment and restaurants the pool and hot tub were also nice , close walking distance to ocean front there is no lazy river at this condo as stated in the picture , that belongs to the other condos which are in north Myrtle Beach , the floors at this condo were definitely not cleaned ( what seemed to be on a long time ) lots of dust and dirt and please pay attention to the address because your paper work could send you to the exact same address in North myrtle beach and your actually supposed to be in Myrtle Beach :)

Condo was not clean. Would hate to see it after a couple of months of summer rentals. If I owned this condo someone would lose their job. The condo has a lot of potential. Beds and furniture was fine. After two days cleaning the place it was much better. No excuse for the lack of cleanliness.

Not a luxury rental

Upon our arrival, the floor had sand on it. There was a dirty women's swimsuit on the floor in the laundry room which was a mess in general. The ceiling fan was so filthy we didn't want to turn it on. There was a razor on the floor in the main bedroom. The kitchen was ill equipped. I sent an email to the management company to let them know all of this and they got right back to me assuring me it would all be taken care of and no.one ever showed up .

Unit is FILTHY!! I do not recommend this unit.

The grounds around the blue water resort is nice and clean, the pool deck is nice as well. Make sure you get the right condo! I believe all of the condos are individually owned. Very dirty!! They have the electric recliners turned off to where you can’t recline and the way the couch and chairs are made are very uncomfortable on your neck! Between dirty floors, walls,ceiling fans and sticky appliances and uncomfortable seating, I was miserable, and counting down the days to leave, which is sad because staying in this unit wasn’t cheap!! Sorry, I hate to give a bad review but I don’t want someone else to waste their money!

Elliot Realty

Terrible experience with Elliot Realty. We never received wrist bands for the condo complex. On day 3, my family was kicked out of the pool for not having the appropriate wrist bands for the condo complex. Secondly, our family vacation ended prematurely when we received a knock on our door saying we had to leave. Elliot screwed up the reservation. We showed security and Elliot all of the paper work for our rental, showing our reservation was through the following day. After several conversations and a worthless phone call with Elliot, we decided to pack up early and go home. Terrible experience with Elliot Reality. Lastly, the condo is adjacent to a public beach and parking area which draws a rough crowd!

Everything was great .

Everything was was great. Minor repairs needed around patio doors in Ocean front (air leak)bedroom. Floors could have been cleaner and under furniture vacuumed.
