Very Nice, Clean Condo on Manasota Key! Close to Everything!

It's easy to relax and enjoy your vacation on beautiful Manasota Key. Gulf beaches are across the street, about a 5 minute walk to access the sand, seashells, and beautiful sunsets!
This quiet 9 unit condominium is on Lemon Bay, and has a heated pool and BBQ area. Bring (or rent) a boat, jet skis, or other watercraft. Our dock slips accommodate up to 17' vessels.
Fish from the dock, or observe manatees and dolphins while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage. You'll be in walking distance to the restaurants and bars which feature fresh seafood and live music. Or use Stumpy's Free Ride Shuttle to get around Manasota Key.
There are plenty of other nearby places to visit during your stay. You're just a short drive to Old Englewood Village/ Dearborn Street which has unique shops, restaurants, farmers markets, car shows, and festivals. Venice, Sarasota, Boca Grande and Punta Gorda are all fairly close as well.

I can not rave enough about the condo, location and owners. We had such a relaxing vacation. We were able to enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. The pool was top notch and love the scenery. We have visits Englewood before and this was, by far, the nicest and cleanest place we have stayed. Dana was extremely communicative and answered any questions we had. The condo was very clean and up to date decor. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Well thought out rental with everything one needs, especially in the kitchen. The king bed was super comfortable and the shower had perfect water pressure. Love being able to walk to the beach and several restaurants ( Magnolias food was top notch). Owner Dana was very communicative and easy to talk to. Also happy to have a pool close by. Only drawback was the bird poop we had to clean off daily around the pool. Maybe condo maintenance could improve that.

This property is the best VRBO we have ever enjoyed. The host, Dana, was extremely responsive to a need regarding the use of the TV. (Router was off line). She came on site within 15 minutes and solved the problem. This property has EVERYTHING! From dental floss and Q-tips to beach equipment, enough glassware to open a neighborhood bar, and a well equipped kitchen with every gadget you could imagine. Best of all…it is clean, comfortable and relaxing. This is a fantastic find!

Just the two of us

My Husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days. Loved the cleanliness and the decor was updated and had a relaxing feel, very private and just the right size for the two of us. We love to cook and the kitchen was perfect size for 2 and very well stocked. We got groceries on our way in and fresh sea food on the key it was the best, we only ate out once. Everything was within walking distance, we barely used our car, we spent our morning on Englewood Beach for yoga, back to the condo for a swim, lunch, then back to the beautiful, quiet Gulf beach across the road until sunset and then a dip in the pool. Just amazingly peaceful! And all the neighbors in the other condos were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality and sharing your little piece of paradise!

Very easy access to beaches, boating, restaurants and Beautiful Beaches! 4 Restaurants in walking distance or call Syumpys for a free ride there and back! Friendly neighbors and Dana and Jim are very accommodating. Condo is updated beautifully and we did not need anything. We will return!

This property is well taken care of. Everything you need is there for you. the pool and the dock on the bay were so nice, even though we couldn't use the pool because of damage from hurricane Ian . We definitely would stay again!

My wife and I booked this condo to work remotely during the day and to enjoy Manasota Key in the late afternoon and evening. The condo is close to the beaches and several restaurants. Additionally, it had a nice dock to enjoy an early cup of coffee while watching the manatees pass through. Our condo was decorated very nicely and was stocked very well! Communication was excellent! Property was exactly as advertised! Had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped, coolers, beach chairs & umbrella, fishing poles, kayaks etc. Pool was clean & quiet. Location was perfect, close to restaurants & beach. The condo is updated & very clean! Owners were wonderful, we arrived very late & they left the porch light on as well as inflated an air mattress for my son so it would be ready when we arrived. They were quick to respond to any messages. I really appreciated their hospitality! Would definitely stay here again!

Location was awesome as it was near great restaurants and short walking distance to the beach!! The condo was well stocked and then some!! Even though condo, they are situated where you don’t walk right next to neighbor’s condo and able to see in! Def was more private!! What a great stay we had in this beautiful condo. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, the owners went over and above supplying everything you could possibly need for your trip! We enjoyed using the pool and the kayak's everyday. The beach was just a short walk across the street, the owners supplied equipment for hunting for shark teeth, beach chairs, umbrella, even a beach wagon and towels. Huge plus was the washer and dryer. I would not hesitateto book this condo again. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Dana and Jim both grew up in Southeast, FL. Dana worked in hospitality for Walt Disney World Resorts for 18 years, followed by 10 years in her family's business. Jim has an extensive background in roofing, contracting, home inspection, and real estate.
In 2014 we discovered, and immediately fell in love with, Manasota Key. We moved here to start a new chapter, and are now happy to call Manasota Key home.
We strive to provide our guests with clean, quality rentals that we ourselves would live in. We are eager for others to enjoy all that Sea Oats, Manasota Key, Englewood and the surrounding area has to offer. We are always nearby if you need anything.

Sea Oats By The Bay is close (walking distance) to the restaurants, bars, shops and beaches, but is tucked away in a quiet cove overlooking Lemon Bay. Old Florida location. No high rises, no traffic. Peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by beautiful beaches and nature. Great value! Once you stay, you'll want to come back again and again!

What makes this property unique

There are 4 beaches on Manasota Key: Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach Park (a.k.a. Middle Beach), Manasota Beach, and Stump Pass Beach State Park. Or you can walk from Sea Oats By the Bay through a deeded beach access, to enjoy a less crowded part of the beach. Walk to bars, restaurants and Yoga on the Beach. Ride a bicycle or take Stumpy's Free Ride Shuttle anywhere you want to go on the key!
A short drive off key you'll find grocery stores, additional restaurants, unique shops, art centers and year-round entertainment. The quaint and historical West Dearborn Street is located in Old Englewood Village, and is full of great shops, galleries, restaurants and fun events: Thursday Farmers Market (Oct - May), Cruisin' On Dearborn Street every1st Saturday of the month, art shows, festivals, and musical events.
Manasota Key is also close to Venice, Sarasota, Boca Grande, Port Charlotte, North Port, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
