Family-friendly house in a gated community with parking space for 1 car, with exclusive barbecue house. Swimming pool (adult and child) in Condomínio Recanto de Geribá. Situated in the left corner of Geribá, in Buzios, quiet and very tree lined street, the house comfortably holds 3 couples, and can receive up to 08 people. The house has 2 floors, full kitchen with washing machine and other appliances and utensils. Living room with TV, DVD; 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed (one queen size and one standard size) and 1 with 2 single beds that can become 1 double (the size of a queen size bed). There are 2 reversible suites to meet demand without going through the rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned, one of which has a TV (second floor suite) and another has a ceiling fan. Exclusive house barbecue, barbecue kit, microwave and coffee maker (nespresso and dolcegusto). All bedrooms with new spring mattresses, good quality mattress protectors and pillows. there is an extra mattress and a single sofa bed available.
Cistern supplied by Prolagos. Janitor available at condo. Maid, Bed Linen, Babysitter or Daycare can be hired as optional items.
The beaches can be accessed on foot or by car. Distances: Geribá Beach (left corner) 800mts. Ferradurinha Beach 1200 mts. Horseshoe Beach 1000 mts. Center (Rua das Pedras) 2200 mts. By car: 3 minutes from the beaches mentioned or 5 minutes from Rua das Pedras, via the 'Via Alternativa' Porto da Barra (Gastronomic Pole) 3 minutes by car.
The ground floor bedroom is convertible to suite.
House very airy and up to date.
Mosquito net on all windows. Even the barbecue area is protected from mosquitoes.
