About this property

Cozy apartment, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, close to ski resorts! Hot Tub. Central location. Close proximity to restaurants, and to all of the Salt Lake area ski resorts. Close to the Salt Palace convention center too! Private entrance, 2 driveway parking spaces. Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. Comfy basement apartment, living room with couch, and 55 inch TV. Hosts and family lives upstairs and are available to help you if needed. Kids and pets welcome!

Noise from owners family above understated in previous reviews

The owners living room, kitchen and dining areas are directly above the rental which isn't large. They have 5-6 children that walk with heavy feet and jump around upstairs. They have a play room directly adjacent to the rental living room and are noisy there. Never experienced noise like that in a VRBO rental. Entrance is through the backyard and not private. You walk right past their living room area. Very awkward. Back yard was a mess. Garbage and clutter everywhere. Hot tub is in the back yard and looks directly into the owners living room. Again awkward. I don't think the owners should be operating a rental out of their house basement period.

Snowbird ski trip

We had a great trip . Easy checking , very minimal upstairs sound (as you would expect from a basement apartment.) Plenty of space and everything 3 gents on a ski trip would ever need ! Thank you Ellen

Ski Vacation

We had a decent stay. The location is great for a ski vacation. However, the amount of foot traffic upstairs was a bit much for the price point. It was every night as well as all day on Saturday and you will need to be comfortable with close quarter living if you choose to rent the spot. We also had some problems with the Wi-Fi but the host was responsive and assisted with getting this fixed.
