We bought 30Ahhhhh in 2016, and it’s been a special place for our family ever since—a peaceful retreat where we slow down, recharge, and make memories together. From March 2024 to April 2025, we poured a lot of love into renovating the home, updating the space to create a place that’s both beautiful and comfortable.

It brings us so much joy to share this home with others. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a couples’ getaway, or just a little time by the sea, we hope you feel truly at home—relaxed, welcomed, and surrounded by the simple beauty that makes 30A so special.

We chose this neighborhood because it was so peaceful and private. Located on the south side of 30A in a gated community with a private beach access. No question it’s the best kept secret along 30A.

What makes this property unique

Our expanded balconies are perfect for relaxing. The gas stove in the kitchen makes meal prep quick and easy. The private gated community provides calmness yet we are close enough to enjoy all that 30A has to offer.
