Seafront apartment with wonderful views

Furnished 1 bedroom apartment with fitted kitchen, barbecue on the gourmet balcony and side sea view. A great place to rest and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

Building facing the beach, with pool, deck with sea view, wifi in common areas, garage (parking not guaranteed), elevator and a step from the boardwalk.

IMPORTANT: We have only one double bed and one sofa bed. If you need to, you can bring your inflatable mattress, the apartment sleeps up to two mattresses in the living room.

Guests will enjoy a beautiful sea view and have contact with nature. Just a few meters from the center of Vila Caiçara can do everything on foot.

Em relação a outros imóveis que já aluguei nesse app o apartamento deixou a desejar. Dificuldade ao acesso da garagem, onde estacionam em duplas e por vezes não consegui contato com o motorista do veículo atrás do meu, ficando impedida de circular com meu carro. O apartamento possui uma área de serviço minúscula, sem máquina de lavar e o tanque sem condições de uso.Quanto ao anfitrião, porteiro e síndico: todos muito corteses.

Olá rose. Sinto muito pela garagem mas no anúncio eu menciono que são vagas coletivas e isso realmente pode ocorrer. Quanto ao tanque foi danificado na hospedagem anterior a sua e não tivemos tempo hábil pra troca, mas o mesmo já foi trocado e está novinho e por ser apto de temporada não oferecemos máquina de lavar roupas.

*Acho que o check in deveria ser mais cedo , ou de combinar com o hóspede. *Possuir mais panela. Mais isso são só detalhes, o apartamento em si é excelente. Infelizmente não pude usar a piscina , devido ao Covid. Apartamento maravilhoso , vista para o mar o tempo todo .. O lugar também muito tranquilo próximo de tudo , mercados ,feirinha, padaria. Vista previlegiada do mar.

O imóvel é bem localizado, na avenida da praia e com vista para o mar. Dá pra fazer tudo à pé pois fica próximo ao centro do Caiçara.
