House in a condominium with only 3 newly built houses, with private pool and barbecue (individual). Sleeps 9 people very comfortably and offers full kitchen. The house offers air conditioning and ceiling fan in all bedrooms, 2 parking spaces closed. The condo offers beach chairs, umbrellas and trolley for transportation. You can walk to Juquehy's best restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and markets. Approximate distance to the beach of 600m. On the street of Monjolo mall. Animals are welcome.
