This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Eight Lakes features beautiful airy décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with three King size bedrooms and one Queen bedroom.
Two of the king bedrooms have their isolated bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The upstairs bedrooms share a common hallway bathroom and are located across the game room with a pool table and TV as well as a butlers bar.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious center island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, al fresco dining with a conversation table that has plenty of options for lounging and entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the sunken hot tub or BBQ outside and watching amazing sun sets from your boat dock.
The home offers beach chairs and beach umbrella as well as bicycles.
