Hidden Gem

Just a fantastic property, better than the pictures. And the location is also fantastic. Very spacious house, thoughtful amenities, and tons of privacy. We really enjoyed our weekend stay-cation

Truly unique, lovely home with interesting architecture and beautiful views. The home is large and well laid out for a multigeneration family stay. We did lots of hiking, cooking, eating, and lounging and the house accommodated all of this very comfortably. Our contact with the management company was readily available and solved one issue (not enough china & glassware for our group of 10) with a same day delivery. We would happily stay there again.

Great experience

Everything was great, no complaints! We got 2 feet of snow during our stay and they plowed us out several times. The house looks just like the pictures, a well taken care of property

Kitchen problem

Everything in the house was okay except for the kitchen area. I planned on cooking meals for the family but that couldn’t happen because it was not clean. The property manager was very uncooperative and was unwilling to correct the situation.

Hi Aline, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: -We are sorry about the lack of cleanliness for the cast iron in the kitchen. We appreciate you reaching out to us, and we did send our cleaning partner out to assist with your requests. -We felt as the property owner we provided you with great hospitality and responsiveness. Our cleaning partner came to the property, and we answered your calls. -We did all we could to make your stay the most enjoyable, and we are sincerely sorry if we didn't meet your expectations. -Our goal is to always go above and beyond for our guests and have high cleaning standards. We thank you for your feedback on the cast iron, which was not as spotless as you expected, and we apologize once again on behalf of our cleaning partner for any misunderstanding during the communication with you that might have occurred. We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Amazing location and just as described

While this home was very large and more than met our needs, everything worked perfectly and we felt very comfortable. Other than a freezer, it had every appliance imaginable, including a trash compactor, and there was a separate icemaker to provide as much as we needed. We would definitely recommend this home located almost at the base of Mount Snow - It would be difficult to find a better view.

BEYOND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS

We were nervous not spending Christmas at home this year. The pictures of this house looked great, but you never really know. We were all blown away by this house. It was even nicer than in the photos. The amenities were prefect, the size was great for 6+ adults, and the view....omg what a view. We were a little bummed after we booked about the main fireplace being decorative, but it really added nice ambiance and it sounded like a real fire. The upstairs fireplace was perfect! My favorite part of the house was the kitchen. I’ts easily the biggest island I have ever seen! The first day the heat was not working properly in the main living room and within 30 minutes someone was there fixing it. Impeccable service! This house truly made our Christmas! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Look no further for the perfect mountain house!
